Eczema on hands

I've been suffering from bad eczema on my hands.

My doctor has given me steroid cream but it's not helping.

I'm trying to use clean products and stay hydrated. Are there any products you recommend?

I hear you. I suffer from psoriasis bad. My hand get raw during times of stress and the harsh northeast winters

La Roche Posay Cicaplast is my number 1 recommendation. It’s basically a high end diaper cream with niacinamide.

I adore this Laroche Posay cream @SamnElla @Shauna22  It was first recommended to my mother who was going through radiation and chemo for skin cancer by her oncologist and I quickly found that it was amazing for my extra dry winter skin as well.

Aquaphor or Cetaphil Cream massaged into your hands and covered with socks at night (I swear by this method). I do not use them at the same time as the doctor-prescribed steroid ointment-- I usually save the steroid for day use because it is less oily.

@Shauna22 I use Aquaphor healing ointment and apply throughout the day with the steroid cream for my daughter
