Dr. Dennis Gross Light Mask??!?

Has anyone tried that Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare DRx SpectraLiteโ„ข FaceWare Pro mask?!?! Would you guys recommend it for sensitive skin and is it returnable?!? Returnable because many people say the battery dies quickly.

Re: Dr. Dennis Gross Light Mask??!?

@davidLO123, are you looking to purchase the DDG Spectralite more for the acne  or anti-aging benefits? My skin is sensitive and I   havenโ€™t experienced any skin irritation or negative reaction to the lights. I primarily use the mask for acne and I find that, as is often the case with skincare, the more consistent I am with it, the better my results. I still get occasional breakouts but more times than not, they pop up in the areas that the Spectralite doesnโ€™t cover. For me, the Spectralite has been a good purchase.

I completely understand your concerns regarding return policy, especially for this product as it is a splurge. I didnโ€™t get mine from Sephora but I looked up the return policy in light of our current circumstances. Hereโ€™s a link to the terms - https://www.sephora.com/beauty/returns-exchanges#covid19

You may also want to check out the customer service thread or contact them if the thread doesnโ€™t answer your specific question. https://community.sephora.com/t5/Customer-Support/bd-p/Customer_Support

Hope that helps.

Thanks! I have sensitive skin and I want to make sure the light doesnโ€™t burn my skin. Also, Iโ€™m asking about the return policy because at least 10 reviews claim the mask dies between 4 weeks- 6 months. Did your mask last?

Re: RE: Re: Dr. Dennis Gross Light Mask??!?

@davidLO123, I havenโ€™t had any issues with my mask; Iโ€™ve had it since late November / early December but started using it more consistently around January / February.

@davidLO123 I'm tagging @itsfi as I believe she has one of these as well.

@davidLO123

I didnโ€™t purchase mine at Sephora so I donโ€™t know if it can be returned. I really like mine.

RE: Re: Dr. Dennis Gross Light Mask??!?

Is it any good? Did you receive any results? The reviews on here & Nordstrom seem to be very mixed.
