Does anyone know a good product for sebaceous filaments? Especially the nose.

Sebaceous filaments have a very similar appearance to black heads, but they are VERY different. Blackheads can go away, but sf cannot due to my excessive oils on my face. Especially on the nose area itโ€™s so embarrassing.

Try an oil cleanser and a product containing BHA (salicylic acid)! Massage until you feel the SF comes out in "grits". Check out 50 Shades of Snail's "How to Shrink Pores (Temporarily), Plus 3 Pore Myths"

I get them all the time. Mine aren't very noticeable now. I can'tr emeber when I first started getting them. I usually feel around my face for them and extract them gently (doesn't leave a scar) but I been doing this for a couple of years (wouldn't suggest it). A good skincare routine helps minimize the appearance. I get some on my nose, bit on forehead andcheeks. Not a particular product, but keeping your face moisturized (OleHenriksen, Bobbi Brown, First Aid I use interchangeable depending on how my skin is) so it won't over product oils. Pore/Clay mask (I use any brand, few I been eyeing). A scrub and keep cleansing sheets (sephora brand and ole henriksen) with you. You can look through my post for my weekly routine and what my face is like ๐Ÿค—
