Dark spots

does anybody have dark spots and hyperpigmentation that will just never go away because I can’t seem to get mine to vanish. My face is dark than my neck. Help? currently started using Topicals Faded Brightening Serum for Dark Spots and Discoloration (UNSCENTED) 1 oz / 30 mL as a last resort

This is a good product, @Vyviana. I was going to recommend it. It’s got great ingredients. Give it about 6-8 weeks to notice a difference, though. It works but you have to use it for a while.
