Dark spots

Hi ladies, ❤️

My daughter is 27yrs and she has dark spot on her cheeks and forehead. What do you ladies recommend? Also she want face lotion for her dry face and to be a preventive face lotion as week.

@thespot123  For dark spots I find Peter Thomas Roth PRO Strength Niacinamide Discoloration Treatment 1.7 oz/ 50 mL  helped me a ton.
