Dark areas around my mouth.. need help!!

Hi everyone, I have a pretty decent skin with no acne or major issues. I had a bad history of using matte liquid lipstick and not wiping my lips as soon as I finish my meal. Somehow, my skin around the corners of my lips turned dark. Can some one help me find best skincare treatment for this.? Thank you.
