Concealer for redness

August and September are some of the worst months for my allergies. I have very dry, sensitive skin, and because of these allergies I'm constantly rubbing my eyes. This has developed redness right beneath my lower lashes, and it stings slightly when touched. Do you guys know any good concealers that would help for redness with sensitive skin???
