My favorite oil cleanser is Shiseido Perfect Cleansing Oil w/ Grape Seed Oil @goddess82.

Hi @goddess82 ! My favorite is The INKEY List Oat Makeup Removing Cleansing Balm 5 oz/ 150 mL. I've also tried and liked Paula's Choice Omega + Complex Cleansing Balm 3.5 oz/ 104 mL a lot, but my skin prefers TIL's oat balm. For reference, I have mostly-dry combo skin that's fairly sensitive and very reactive/inflammation-prone. In addition to gently removing mineral sunscreen and makeup, I can leave TIL's oat balm on my face for 5-10 minutes as a soothing rinse-off mask. 

On days I've worn eye makeup, I usually use an eye makeup remover first (Paula's Choice Gentle Touch Makeup Remover) with a reusable bamboo round. But I've used the Oat Cleansing Balm to remove eye makeup, and the only thing it struggles with is mascara.
