Clarisonic how often should you be using it a day?

Can anyone tell me how often should one use the Clarisonic to clean your face?

It all depends on your skin type and what your skin concerns are. I started out with the sensitive brush but after a year I changed it to the radiance brush. For me, it's important that the bristles are soft. I have dry skin and I use it once a day. If you have very sensitive skin, maybe using it 2-3 times a week will do. If you have acne prone skin, using it day and night may be better. For optimal results, you will also need a cleanser that is made for your skin type and targets your concerns. I use Ole Heriksen's The Truth Cleanser which cleanses and brightens my face without stripping it.

According to the instrucctions the Claresonic should be use everyday but I get breakouts when I use it that often so I normally use it three times a week 🙂

Definitely get the brush heads for sensitive skin. I only use my Clarisonic about every other day, otherwise my skin starts to feel too dry regardless of how much I moisturize

Not more than twice a day. My skin is on the sensitive side (plus I use a lot of chemical exfoliants/acids), so I only use it once a day at night during my second cleanse. I would also recommend the sensitive brush head. It's not too abrasive, but it gets the job done.
