Cheap moisturizer for combination skin, also a good sunscreen

I'm not balling and I want a good moisturizer and sunscreen that is on the cheaper side!

I use La Roche-Posay Anthelios 50+ SPF ultra fluid face lotion. It's really hydrating and covers well. $29, at shoppers.

Also from Deciem website, the Ordinary 

Mineral UV Filters SPF 30 with antioxidants is really amazing and affordable ($9.70). They have great products, most under $10. If you're on a budget, highly recommend checking them out. Sephora carries some of their stuff, but not the sunscreen. I'll tag some associated products I've tried below.
