Can I return my product? Alternate product suggestions?

I bought Caudalie antioxidant line (green packaging) just last week.  I spoke to a Sephora rep in store who suggested this line based on my dry/oily/aging skin.  I was super excited to use it and after 2 days of using it I noticed my skin was not responding the way I wanted it.  My skin on my face has actually gotten worse (more dry and now bumpy).  I stopped using the all the Caudalie products I purchased and the bumps are starting to smooth out just after a few days.  Can I return the opened packing to exchange for a different line?  What other lines would you recommend?

If you have a receipt you'll get a full refund back on your card or cash (if you paid cash). If you don't have your receipt, you'll get store credit. 

Whatever you decide to purchase, just introduce one new item at a time even though you are buying a kit. Most likely it wasn't the whole line that you reacted to, but a specific ingredient in one of the products.
