Brightening serum

Hi! I’m looking for a brightening serum to use. I’m medium-tan skin tone w a few dark spots around my face and have kinda dark eyelids and under eyes. My skin is also pretty dull too. 

for background info-

I’m 17 years old.

I have combination skin(dry around checks and oily around the t-zone.)

-I use the #CeraVe Hydrating Serum

Eucerin Daily Hydration Body Cream with SPF 30 as sunscreen for my face; and I just bought the The INKEY List Hyaluronic Acid (HA) Hydrating Face Serum 1 oz/ 30 mL

Hi @tas9633 ! I would suggest The Ordinary Alpha Arbutin 2% + HA Hyperpigmentation Serum 1 oz/ 30 mL The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% Oil Control Serum 1 oz/ 30 mL The INKEY List Niacinamide Oil Control Serum 1 oz/ 30 mL  are all great, affordable options!
