What's the best serum for dull skin with blemishes below $100 USD?

My two cents: FARMACY - HONEYMOON GLOW AHA Resurfacing Night Serum with Hydrating Honey + Gentle Flower Acids and FRESH - Vitamin Nectar Glow Juice Antioxidant Face Serum.

Honeymoon Glow is a 2-3x per week serum for me, only at night.  That's enough for my skin and it really does give me a glow.  I find its results to be better than Good Genes.  And 2x a day, I use the Fresh Vitamin Nectar serum for hydration and vitamin C.  Smells delightful!

@Macridc I would also give the Ordinary’s Lactic Acid a try. Another Lactic Acid product that has given me immediate results is Good Genes by Sunday Riley, expensive but effective. Along the same price point is Drunk Elephant’s C-Firma. Anything with Vit C brightens my skin. Hope this helps!

@Macridc  I’ve been using BIOSSANCE - Squalane + Vitamin C Rose Oil

and have noticed a huge difference in my skin. I have more glow then I’ve ever had.
