Best products for skin discoloration?

Hi all, I'm wondering if anyone has any expereince/recommendations on products that aid with skin discoloration. Foe some reference I've had eczema since childhood and now have many areas in my body that have a different tone/color than my general body--especially my neck. I've been looking for any scrubs/treatments that help.

Vitamin C helps with discoloration. I am currently using the Paula’s Choice vitamin C serum, and I also enjoy the Ole Henrikson vitamin C products. I use vitamin c serum each morning. 

Chemical exfoliants also help even out skin tone - the Ordinary glycolic toner is my favorite and also very affordable! If your skin is sensitive, you may want to start with a PHA or AHA - the Ordinary also has a lactic acid that is gentler on the skin. Start with 2-3 nights/week. You don’t need to exfoliate every day.

It may also be beneficial for you to go to an esthetician and/or dermatologist to get more individualized guidance.
