Best essence/face mist for long flights?

I’m looking to purchase a face mist or essence for my trip to Italy this summer. What’s a good product to use to keep my face hydrated throughout the flight?

Re: Best essence/face mist for long flights?

I really like BOSCIA - Balancing Facial Tonic.  It’s light and refreshing with micro mist, rather than a full spray of product.

Hi @ClassyyetSassy1,

I just fell in love with the  fresh Vitamin Nectar Antioxidant Face Mist 8.4 oz/ 250 mL because it is SO refreshing! You can apply it under or over makeup, and it's got a great invigorating scent to it.

Bonus: it's not an aerosol, so it's TSA friendly!

Bisous,

Tata Harper Hydrating Floral Essence is the BEST. On the expensive side, but so worth it

Re: Best essence/face mist for long flights?

@ClassyyetSassy1 My go-to flight hydrator is actually a mask, but it’s practically invisible if applied modestly. It’s FIRST AID BEAUTY - 5 in 1 Bouncy Mask. It is so amazingly refreshing and hydrating, and has a very subtle cucumber/watermelon fragrance that doesn’t disturb others in close proximity.

Just before I go to sleep on the plane, I wipe my makeup completely off with a SEPHORA COLLECTION - Cleansing & Exfoliating Wipes - Coconut Water or SEPHORA COLLECTION - Cleansing Wipes - Yuzu - Toning wipe. Then I apply Bouncy Mask and let it soak in while I nap for 2-3 hours.

When I wake up, I gently pat off any residue with a wipe, let my face dry for a few minutes, and then apply a moisturizer. After the pre-arrival meal, I apply my full face of makeup. I often look better when I land than when I got on the plane! 😂

Hi @ClassyyetSassy1,

I suggest the CAUDALIE - Grape Water or the FRESH - Black Tea Kombucha Facial Treatment Essence. Both have great ingredients that help with the moisture level in the skin. Hope this helps and you enjoy your trip!

Best,

Rebecca

@ClassyyetSassy1 I'm loving the new fresh vitamin nectar mist! I've used it everyday for the past week and a half. it's hydrating and soothing!

Re: Best essence/face mist for long flights?

Caudalie Grape Water is perfect for a long flight.  Don't forget your lips and hands as well.

My "immediate access" in-flight kit includes a pair of "fuzzy" socks, a travel size  Caudalie Grape Water, mini Kiehl's Lip Balm, mini L'Occitane Shea Butter Hand Cream, an Advil Packet, an Imodium packet, a Melatonin tablet, an individually packaged makeup remover wipe, a small packet of facial moisturizer (the Divine sample packets L'Occitane give out are the perfect size), a safety pin, a mini emery board, mini travel toothbrush and paste, ear buds, a Bandaid, and a pen (you'll need it to fill out international arrivals forms).

It all fits into a very small case that easily slips alongside me or into the seat back pocket (I try to avoid that--ew!) for takeoff and landing.

Everything else except my wrap, travel pillow, book/magazines, and iPhone go into the overhead and I can't think that I've ever needed to get anything out of there during the flight!

PS--If you read magazines in flight, hand them to the flight attendants, as they are always looking for light reading materials and will gladly take them off your hands!

Re: Best essence/face mist for long flights?

@ClassyyetSassy1 I love Tatcha and SK II Essence and for Face Mist Caudalie Beauty Elixir and Tatcha Dewy Skin Mist.

I would also bring face masks for the flight.
