I have a couple age/sun spots that I cannot get to go away. They look like a piece of pizza sauce spilled on my lower cheek any ideas to fade it I usually go out in lips and eyes. I have pinky porcelain skin ( like French skin)

 No worries! Sun spots/age spots and any unnatural hyper-pigmentation can definitely go away with the right care! Since it seems like you have pretty fair skin, I'm going to recommend a serum as this would be the most effective, efficient way for you. 

My top 3 recommendations (also from personal experience)- all gentle

1.) Kiehl's Dark Spot Solution- ~30% concentrated Vitamin C. 

2.) SkinCeuticals C E Ferulic ~15% pure Vit. C

3.) Fresh Peony Spot Correcting Brightening Essence- Vit. C, Peony + Licorice Root Extracts - on the more natural side.
