Anti-Aging & Redness Products

I am 34 and want to start implementing some anti-aging products. I also have a lot of redness on my cheeks & nose. I am wondering what products would be helpful in both areas? My skin is kind of sensitive and I have combination skin. Currently, I am only using a cleanser and moisturizer both by CeraVe.
