Acne spot treatment

I need some advice on good spot treatments tht don’t contain salicylic acid as I’m allergic! Lately with wearing a mask my acne’s been getting worse so I want to stop it getting worse.

@Multi24  Can you use benzoyl peroxide? If yes, consider Paula's Choice CLEAR Daily Skin Clearing Treatment with 2.5% Benzoyl Peroxide 2.25 oz/ 67 mL which contains no salicylic acid. You could also try a rinse-off product like PanOxyl. Benzoyl peroxide likes to stain pillowcases, sheets, clothing, etc., so bear that in mind when using it. Coincidentally, I'm allergic to benzoyl peroxide so I can't use anything that contains it. I wish I could, because it's even more effective than salicylic acid for acne. 

Also consider azelaic acid. Since you can't use BHA, skip the Paula's Choice Azelaic Acid Booster (it contains 0.5% salicylic acid) and check out The Ordinary Azelaic Acid 10% Suspension Brightening Cream 1 oz/ 30 mL instead. In addition to fighting acne, this ingredient can reduce post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH, such as the dark spots left behind by acne). 

Sulfur is another option. It's stinky but, when used alongside another acne-fighting ingredient/product (like benzoyl peroxide or azelaic acid), it's helpful. The only Sephora-sold product I can think of is Sunday Riley Saturn Sulfur + Niacinamide Spot Treatment Mask 0.5 oz/ 15 mL which is BHA-free. You can also find sulfur cleansing bars at your local drugstore, like the Dermisa Sulfur Bar or Grisi Sulfur Soap (comes in a yellow box).

@Multi24  I really like using Caudalie Purifying Clay Mask 2.5 oz/ 75 mL  I use it as a spot treatment and as a mask and it works so good to minimize my spots.
