@magxo I do recommend the 3 step La Roche-Posay acne treatment! It includes a foaming acne face wash, a acne toner, and a spot treatment. It has reduced oiliness, redness, and inflammation to my skin.

@magxo depending on what stage my pimple is at, I sometimes use The Ordinary AHA 30% + BHA 2% Exfoliating Peeling Solution 1 oz/ 30 mL as a spot treatment (usually when the pimple has not surfaced yet).

I use Philosophy Clear days ahead spot treatment and really like it! Also, Kate Somerville or Mario badescu spot treatments are quite drying but work well.
