Thank you @Aaliaa for starting this thread and giving us a place to share our love for masks💗 Below is the 2020 schedule. Each week features a different theme, as well as a letter of the alphabet for coming up with new masking ideas. 

Please include the brand and name of the mask you are trying out, as well as a photo if possible. Any other details are greatly appreciated, including scent, if it's an exfoliating mask (include acid info if known), your overall experience, and whether or not you would repurchase. Don't forget to include a grade (thanks to @ShortErica for the idea) to help others along the way.

Most importantly, have fun and merry masking!

Mask Hacks - Here are a few to get started thanks to our lovely BIC-ers, a big thank you for these fabulous ideas!

Spoiler

Trim off long chin and add to forehead for sheet masks	itsfi
Squeeze tube lip balms (like Bite) into pans and place in magnetic palette	sonnydee
Layer lip sleeping mask (such as Laneige) over regular balm	cianni
Derma plane prior to a peel-off mask to ease the pain of removal	heartsmyface
Warm water helps remove clay masks quicker than cold	cianni
Lay sheet masks flat prior to use so the serum is more evenly distributed	eshoe
Remove clay/difficult masks in the shower to keep towel clean and removal easy	itsfi/BIC
Use an HA serum prior to trying a mask with alcohol high on the ingredients list	keana1
Use a Makeup Eraser to remove wash-off masks	lmaster

Bat Mask with Rose Petals!!!

Thanks so much @faeriegirl for sharing the bat mask with me. It was so much fun to wear, and I enjoyed scaring people. I really enjoyed the fit as well. I'm curious to see if there are other masks that cover this general area because it was very comfortable to wear.

I decided to add on some "R" stuff to the bat mask to cover the rest of my face, so I used the Kocostar Rose Slice Mask Sheet gifted to me by @itsfi. Thank you again for this! It was a lovely one - it looked just like rose petals (and smelled like them too). 

Sorry this is picture heavy. I also added a photo of the bat mask and rose petals combined because I liked the romantic, gothic look I had going on (at least that's how I felt).

@PrettyPaint  Looks like such a wonderful masking session! The combo of those masks together is soo pretty! You gave me an idea... it would be fun (especially for Halloween) to use the pumpkin slices with the Bat mask! I'll have to remember that for next year 😉  I'm happy to hear you enjoyed these! 😃👍🌹🦇

Fab and fun combo of masks @PrettyPaint! Your use of the rose slice masks spurred me to use them last night. I do love the scent from the rose slices! 🌹 

There are other masks out there that cover the apple zone, like the bat mask. Too Cool For School makes one shaped like a butterfly.

@itsfi Mmm yes, I thought the rose slices smelled so nice. It wasn't overwhelming to me or anything - just a pleasant amount. 

Thanks for the tip about the TCFS mask. It looks like it's called the "rules apple zone butterfly mask." I think I read on here earlier where you mentioned that this area is called the apple zone (which I didn't know), but this is definitely an area of the face that I need to target!!

Ha steam punk masking, who knew @PrettyPaint 😄 Actually, sorry if that’s not on par, just the black and the roses kinda struck me as that🤷🏻‍♀️ Looks and sounds like some masks helped soothe your skin and that’s what it’s all about!

Thanks for telling us about the scent going off on the PTR Pumpkin @byme4u .  You're helping me resist buying one!  Great comparison as well.  Hydration is something I look for in a lot of my masking.  Glad to know which I can skip.

Great choices for a masking duel @byme4u. Sorry to hear about the spoiled mask; it’s a good reminder to be mindful of shelf life of open products; probably for unopened products as well.
