Each week features a different theme, as well as a letter of the alphabet for coming up with new masking ideas. Feel free to post as frequently or infrequently as you would like, with or without following the challenge; they are guidelines and just something we do for fun. We love hearing about every masking experience, and suggestions are always welcomed!

Please include the brand and name of the mask you are trying out, as well as a photo if possible. Any other details are greatly appreciated, including scent, if it's an exfoliating mask (include acid info if known), your overall experience, and whether or not you would repurchase. Don't forget to include a grade (thanks to @ShortErica for the idea) to help others along the way.

Mask Hacks - Here are a few to get started thanks to our lovely BIC-ers, a big thank you for these fabulous ideas!

Trim off long chin and add to forehead for sheet masks	itsfi
Squeeze tube lip balms (like Bite) into pans and place in magnetic palette	sonnydee
Layer lip sleeping mask (such as Laneige) over regular balm	cianni
Derma plane prior to a peel-off mask to ease the pain of removal	heartsmyface
Warm water helps remove clay masks quicker than cold	cianni

That would be an excellent masking duel @cianni! 🤺🤺 Masking duels are fun and a great way to compare products; using one mask on one half of the face and another mask on the other is a good way of seeing how they perform. Whenever I’ve done that, the hardest part for me is remembering which mask I put on which side! LOL! 😆😆

Oh, this sounds nice, @cianni. I love their hand cream, so I'm not surprised to hear the face mask is good as well. Not-masking-related, your nails are gorgeous!

@veronika23 Is the packaging blue? I picked this up at winners but when I go to the product page on Sephora, the packaging is different. I’m wondering if it’s a branding change or if the formula is different too 🤔

@cianni  it's actually one of those giant foil type things... One that you can get a few uses out of. The bottle pictured on it is beige though. I wonder if they changed the formula from what you have or if it was just the packaging...

Fresh Pressed Vitamin B Mask. @eshoe did a review on this one not long ago, and I'd have to say I agree with her review.... this one's definitely not the most pleasant mask I've tried 😳😬

Sweet Chef Kale & Vitamin B Fresh Pressed Sheet Mask

This is a cotton sheet mask of medium thickness, with a couple cute little pictures on it. It is soaked in a creamy milky serum, that has a not-so pleasant scent. It's hard to pinpoint this one, but to me, it smells sort of stale. I don't really smell Kale, maybe just a hint, I guess – but if anything it'd be comparable to stale, moldy Kale. It was a fairly light scent, so not too unbearable that I couldn't wear the mask. Everything about the fit was off – too long at the chin and forehead, too short width-wise, the eye holes were a tad too small, the nose flap was a bit too long, and the mouth hole was positioned too far down and didn't line up with my mouth. I had to scrunch up the mask a bit to make the mouth hole line up right. The fit of it wasn't fun, but the milky serum did feel soothing on my skin. I managed to keep the mask on for about 40 minutes – I could've kept it on longer, because of how saturated it was, but I was ready to be done with it. When I removed it, my face was covered with serum, but felt very refreshed. I massaged the serum into my skin and it wasn't sticky or tacky at all. It didn't take long for it all to absorb, and when it did my face felt silky smooth, comfortably hydrated and had a really nice glow. So this one gave excellent results, but because of the horrible fit and unpleasant smell, I can't see myself ever using this one again – this one gets a C.
