Each week features a different theme, as well as a letter of the alphabet for coming up with new masking ideas. Feel free to post as frequently or infrequently as you would like, with or without following the challenge; they are guidelines and just something we do for fun. We love hearing about every masking experience, and suggestions are always welcomed!

Please include the brand and name of the mask you are trying out, as well as a photo if possible. Any other details are greatly appreciated, including scent, if it's an exfoliating mask (include acid info if known), your overall experience, and whether or not you would repurchase. Don't forget to include a grade (thanks to @ShortErica for the idea) to help others along the way.

Mask Hacks - Here are a few to get started thanks to our lovely BIC-ers, a big thank you for these fabulous ideas!

Trim off long chin and add to forehead for sheet masks	itsfi
Squeeze tube lip balms (like Bite) into pans and place in magnetic palette	sonnydee
Layer lip sleeping mask (such as Laneige) over regular balm	cianni
Derma plane prior to a peel-off mask to ease the pain of removal	heartsmyface

Thursday I used one of my favorite sheet mask, the Face Shop MascCream with Snail Mucin. For those who aren’t familiar with this mask ( I’ve been using and posting about it a few times already but it was a long time ago! This is a cotton mask dripping with a milky serum. See spoiler for ingredients list. It fits quite well on my face so no alterations were required and I left it on until it dried because I slept with it on ( works better than melatonin 😂 ! ). The recommended time is 10-20 minutes. This mask has constantly given me great results, my fine lines are diminished, my face looks lifted and my skin is smooth! Grade A+

PS : it’s not available anymore at the Face Shop but it’s available at the yesstyle website.

 I also used at the same time the new fresh Sugar Mint Rush Freshening Lip Treatment .15 oz / 4.3 g

which was part of the gratis I received on Thursday, and I just love it! I hate the taste of mint, but I enjoy the smell and the cooling effect peppermint oil and eucalyptus have on my lips 💚💚💚 !

Thanks @Shosh85 ! This series of MasCreme masks have a generous amount of serum ! I keep the serums for future use, as essences even if they’re not technically essences !

I started masking with this sheet mask a little more than a year ago and love using sheet masks since @lmaster ! I only have one left 😢 ! If you’re not creeped out by snail mucin, you should try it!

The sheet mask sounds lovely, @keana1! Except for the mucin part😆 Funny that it works better than melatonin for you, but also nice to know. Happy you are enjoying the Fresh gratis, I like peppermint oil in my diffuser😉

It’s so weird that using a sheet mask makes me fall asleep better than melatonin @eshoe ! Maybe I feel relaxed when I mask in the evening? I also use peppermint oil but not in a continuous diffuser ( I read an article mentioning that continuous diffusers ( depending what the essential oil is used ) could be dangerous for cats and dogs ) . I usually put a few drops in water ( in a glass container ) and ... here’s a picture I love dragons!

This sounds so masculine but my living room is decorated with medieval accents @eshoe ! No flowers but knives, dragon themed items, wine glasses with medieval decorations on them, even a small armoured soldier! It’s only my living room...

I really enjoy the decorations that I have @eshoe ! There are so many different styles that look great! The important thing is that you like your environment! If I had young children my decorations would be completely different but I don’t have any! The dangerous items are very hard to reach in case my nephew visits and one of my swords that’s on one of my walls isn’t sharp or pointed so it’s only for show and in a case, I’m the only one that knows that it’s not dangerous! Nobody comes to visit me except my parents @eshoe ! I have a few friends but they’re both allergic to cats so obviously they can’t come so I’m the one who has to visit them but this is completely justified. My sister never visits, but I think that I’ve already talked to you about this. I’ve given up on her...🤷🏻‍♀️

Granted I'm not licking my lips, but did you find the fresh Sugar Mint Rush Freshening Lip Treatment .15 oz / 4.3 g had a taste @keana1? I wouldn't say I can taste anything when I wear it. I appreciate the sensation and it's a really nice balm for me. Glad it's working out well for you too!
