Thank you @Aaliaa for starting this thread and giving us a place to share our love for masks💗 Below is the 2020 schedule. Each week features a different theme, as well as a letter of the alphabet for coming up with new masking ideas. 

Please include the brand and name of the mask you are trying out, as well as a photo if possible. Any other details are greatly appreciated, including scent, if it's an exfoliating mask (include acid info if known), your overall experience, and whether or not you would repurchase. Don't forget to include a grade (thanks to @ShortErica for the idea) to help others along the way.

Mask Hacks - Here are a few to get started thanks to our lovely BIC-ers, a big thank you for these fabulous ideas!

Trim off long chin and add to forehead for sheet masks	itsfi
Squeeze tube lip balms (like Bite) into pans and place in magnetic palette	sonnydee
Layer lip sleeping mask (such as Laneige) over regular balm	cianni
Derma plane prior to a peel-off mask to ease the pain of removal	heartsmyface
Warm water helps remove clay masks quicker than cold	cianni
Lay sheet masks flat prior to use so the serum is more evenly distributed	eshoe
Remove clay/difficult masks in the shower to keep towel clean and removal easy	itsfi/BIC
Use an HA serum prior to trying a mask with alcohol high on the ingredients list	keana1

Tony Moly Pureness 100 Placenta Sheet Mask

This is a thin-medium, sort of meshy cotton sheet mask. It was soaking with serum that had a very pleasant, clean and fresh kind of scent. The fit was pretty off – too wide at the temples, a little too long at the chin, the space between the eyes was too wide and the eye holes were a bit too big. After making adjustments it

adhered well and was comfortable to wear. I left it on for about a half-hour. The leftover serum was slightly tacky, but it all absorbed within minutes. My face felt soft and smooth and nicely hydrated. 
The results from this were nice, but nothing special and the fit was kinda annoying. I'd use this one again, but wouldn't repurchase.

@Shosh85  Yeah tony moly is just not for me.  I like their banana hand cream.   They’re all cute packaging and just mediocre product.  

Lol, bean placenta is just a funny concept.  I don’t remember ever learning about plant placentas in biology class but maybe I just wasn’t now paying attention.  Its good for anyone who’s squeamish about animal placenta though!

@heartsmyface  I hadn't heard of plant placenta until I started masking! Haha! I'd love to try a "real" placenta mask sometime!

 I think the banana hand cream and mask are my favorite TM products. 😃🍌

I feel like I always had such high hopes for Tony Moly and then hearing everyone have such a 'meh' reaction to them really doesn't make me want to buy any. Thanks for the review @Shosh85 .  Have you ever tried a mask with real placenta (the non plant kind) @Shosh85 ?

@missjeanie  I definitely haven't been too impressed with the brand, but I also haven't run into anything I've hated, so that's something 😉 I'm pretty sure I haven't tried anything with real placenta (unless it was just snuck into the ingredients), but I'd be willing to try one!

I’ve enjoyed their banana sleeping mask and they have a green tea facial mist that I love too. It has the finest spray I’ve used. But the other products I agree have been mediocre @Shosh85

@eshoe I don't remember but I feel like my memory catalog of masks is getting fuller and I can't recall like I used to! 😉 I'm always learning on the masking thread. I want to find a cartoon soybean protecting its belly button from being taken for a mask. Would they have an innie or an outie?
