Thank you @Aaliaa for starting this thread and giving us a place to share our love for masks💗 Below is the 2020 schedule. Each week features a different theme, as well as a letter of the alphabet for coming up with new masking ideas. 

Please include the brand and name of the mask you are trying out, as well as a photo if possible. Any other details are greatly appreciated, including scent, if it's an exfoliating mask (include acid info if known), your overall experience, and whether or not you would repurchase. Don't forget to include a grade (thanks to @ShortErica for the idea) to help others along the way.

Mask Hacks - Here are a few to get started thanks to our lovely BIC-ers, a big thank you for these fabulous ideas!

Spoiler

Trim off long chin and add to forehead for sheet masks	itsfi
Squeeze tube lip balms (like Bite) into pans and place in magnetic palette	sonnydee
Layer lip sleeping mask (such as Laneige) over regular balm	cianni
Derma plane prior to a peel-off mask to ease the pain of removal	heartsmyface
Warm water helps remove clay masks quicker than cold	cianni
Lay sheet masks flat prior to use so the serum is more evenly distributed	eshoe
Remove clay/difficult masks in the shower to keep towel clean and removal easy	itsfi/BIC

H is for ‘Hold everything these are about to expire!’  The past couple days I’ve been using up my Too cool for school egg cream masks before they expire next month.  They’re some of my favorite masks and I maaaaybe bought more than I needed to in my excitement of loving them so much.  I have one more to go.  😄 

i just threw out a dozen expired sheet masks and have a lineup of masks to use up that expire in the next few months. 😬.  I may gift them to friends with explicit instructions to use them up ASAP.

I have no idea how that happens @heartsmyface! 🤪 Hahaha! 😂🤣😂 I’ve lost count of how many masks I’ve done that with.

@heartsmyface  Oh no! Sorry you had to throw some masks out. I bet your skin is looking lovely from all of the TCFS masks! I managed to get all of my 2020 masks in one bin, but I need to go through it again and see if there's anything that needs to be used by March.

@heartsmyface  Nice job getting through your TCFS masks! I recently sorted out all the 2020 masks and am trying to only stick to those until they're gone. Gifting them out is a good idea too - I just gave a bunch of multiples I had to family members. 👍

Erborian Bamboo Shot Mask:

The other bamboo products I used includes some well loved goodies as well, like the Eminence Organics Bamboo Age Corrective Masque and the AmorePacific mist - the one I used and pictured is part of the  AMOREPACIFIC - Moisture Bound Skin Energy Mist Trio Set, which I think may be limited edition. The SEPHORA COLLECTION - Mask Stick - Mattifying is nice for travel; this one I limit primarily to my nose this time of the year but it’ll likely get more attention as the weather warms ups. Nest Bamboo & Jasmine Lip Balm is fine; I have plenty of similar performing lip balms so I wouldn’t repurchase it, even though it has a nice scent to it.

I know, right, @lmaster?! Now I’m hoping that they are reformulating the mask to take out the alcohol and added fragrance, without compromising the results, of course.

@itsfi  Aw, I almost bought this mask but didn’t because of the alcohol + fragrance ingredients, and now I’m kicking myself for not trying it at least once. Sounds like a nicely hydrating one!

Yeah @WinglessOne, alcohol and fragrance are two things I’d prefer not to have in my skincare. For whatever reason, they didn’t bother my skin in this mask. It does make me wonder what the mask would have smelled like if they didn’t add fragrance to it .

Curious if the Nest has a stronger jasmine or bamboo lean to it, @itsfi. Also which Capri Blue candle is that - I've seen a few on Nordstrom and thought about picking one up, I've only tried Aloha.

@eshoe, I get more of a jasmine scent from the lip balm but it’s not as potent as many jasmine scents. 
The candle is the Volcano scent. I picked mine up from Anthropologie and love it. 💖 I haven’t tried the Aloha scent but it’s on my “to do” list the next time I’m in the store. I read an article that said that most people either love one but not the other and I was curious to see if that would be the case for me.

Oh ok now Volcano is on my to-do list, @itsfi, I suspect that I will fall prey to both scents😄

@eshoe, after you have a chance to try Volcano, I’d love to know your thoughts on how it compares to Aloha. I am holding off buying any more candles and diffusers, etc. until I’ve gone through my current stash - I’ve been getting a jump start on spring cleaning and ummm, I found a bag with a few candles that I don’t remember purchasing ... 🤷🏻‍♀️ but I clearly did. 🤪😆

Ha @itsfi I remember last year we were talking about not being able to find something because it was tucked away in a ‘safe spot’ 😂 My home had too many safe spots, I’m afraid! Have fun with the extra candle stash:)

@itsfi  Oh wow, that bamboo sheet mask sounds fantastic. I really hope they aren't discontinuing it. This makes me want to look for it now because I haven't tried many bamboo-related skincare products.
