Thank you @Aaliaa for starting this thread and giving us a place to share our love for masks💗 Below is the 2020 schedule. Post as frequently or infrequently as you would like, with or without following the challenge. We love hearing about every masking experience, and suggestions are always welcome. Each week features a different theme, as well as a letter of the alphabet for coming up with new masking ideas. 

Please include the brand and name of the mask you are trying out, as well as a photo if possible. Any other details are greatly appreciated, including scent, if it's an exfoliating mask (include acid info if known), your overall experience, and whether or not you would repurchase. Don't forget to include a grade (thanks to @ShortErica for the idea) to help others along the way.

Mask Hacks - Here are a few to get started thanks to our lovely BIC-ers, a big thank you for these fabulous ideas!

Trim off long chin and add to forehead for sheet masks	itsfi
Squeeze tube lip balms (like Bite) into pans and place in magnetic palette	sonnydee
Layer lip sleeping mask (such as Laneige) over regular balm	cianni
Derma plane prior to a peel-off mask to ease the pain of removal	heartsmyface
Warm water helps remove clay masks quicker than cold	cianni
Lay sheet masks flat prior to use so the serum is more evenly distributed	eshoe
Remove clay/difficult masks in the shower to keep towel clean and removal easy	itsfi/BIC

Ooh, thanks for the review on the Dearpacker, @Kim888! I've been curious how that one might compare to the Laneige.

Off theme but new to me, Dr Jart cicapair calming maskSpoiler (Highlight to read)This mask is new to me and it left me with a good impression! This is a light green mask that is thin, the fit was excellent! The eyearea stayed down the entire time,,,I always notice that with the masks I try, the under eye area hardly ever stays adhered to my skin, so when a mask fits great and stays put in all areas, it's already on it's way to winner status 😉 the scent was earthy, I don't know exactly what ingredient gives it that scent, ETA it's rosemary!! 🤦 Not my favorite scent, but I candeal with it no prob. There was a little bit of extra clear serum in the package. This mask contains niacinamide, so I skipped using my TO serum and stuck just with this. After 20 minutes I massaged in the remainingserum that was mostly on my forehead, the other areas had absorbed well, I didn't notice any tackiness, my skin felt smooth and moisturized and looked calmer. The redness had been diminished a bit on my cheek area and chin. I absolutely loved this mask and will use again!This mask is new to me and it left me with a good impression! @lmaster  I tried this one recently and really liked it too! Kinda makes me wish I had grabbed another box when I saw them at TJ Maxx! Happy to hear it turned out so great for you! 😃

@Shosh85 I was reluctant at first when I seen these at TJ! But I don't have to mix anything myself,,, and I've seen pretty good reviews on other Dr Jart masks, so it was meant to be... Has anyone tried to help you with your posting situation?

@lmaster  Nope, I'm still no able to post pictures. I've contacted 4 people on the BIC, I've written emails and talked on the phone, but the issue still hasn't been fixed! I'm getting super impatient 😬🤨

@lmaster @ShortErica  I have thought about doing that, but I think each account has to be attached to an email address and I only have the one. I also think it would get too complicating and confusing switching back and forth between accounts. The hearts I'm earning would get all split up too. I kinda feel like I'm being ignored, because I've contacted so many people and have gotten no answers. 🤨😢

@lmaster @Shosh85 Hey, y'all!!!  My problem was actually a little different - I got locked out of my online account for a few months, which meant no BIC, but also no online orders🥺🥺🥺  They had to escalate me to like 2 levels of IT to fix it.

Shosh - do you post on your phone or on a computer?  I have had weird stuff correct itself on my phone after clearing my cache, updating my app and turning off my phone - you've probably already tried all of that, though.  I'm glad DaneeBT got back to you maybe she can get you in touch with IT if there is a bug in the platform.  I've also had good luck reaching the mods who can actually check into my account via FB messenger since not all the mods have authorization to see our personal info.  Good luck, girl!!!

P.S. LMaster - that mask sounds heavenly!  I 💗 the Cicapair line!

Hey @Tamara76! Oh my! I didn't know all that happened to you! How long were you locked out for? Thankfully my issue just got fixed today, after a WHOLE MONTH! 
Every time I tried to post a picture I'd get this error message:

I had tried using both the app and desktop versions, I tried switching browsers, I used 2 different laptops and my phone (and turned them all off and on), I cleared cookies and even deleted pictures - and none of it worked. I emailed Sephora first and they told me to call. When I called I spoke to 3 different people, including a supervisor, and none of them knew anything about the BIC - the supervisor even told me she didn't know to help me. Then I contacted 4 different people here on the BIC, including posting in the Site Issues thread. Finally after a month and no one getting back to me, @DaneeBT came to my rescue! 😃🙌

I'm glad your issue was finally fixed - I always enjoy drooling over your haul posts! 😃😍

@lmaster  @ShortErica I remember that happening to her and I think she had to have something reset. @DaneeBT  just messaged me saying that the issue is being looked into. Out of the 4 people I contacted on here about it, she is the only one who ever got back to me, so thank you, DaneeBT, I appreciate it! It's been a month, and I have a Gratis and Unicorn Mail x 3 I need to post and I'm getting super impatient 😬
