Thank you @Aaliaa for starting this thread and giving us a place to share our love for masks💗 Below is the 2020 schedule. Each week features a different theme, as well as a letter of the alphabet for coming up with new masking ideas. 

Please include the brand and name of the mask you are trying out, as well as a photo if possible. Any other details are greatly appreciated, including scent, if it's an exfoliating mask (include acid info if known), your overall experience, and whether or not you would repurchase. Don't forget to include a grade (thanks to @ShortErica for the idea) to help others along the way.

Mask Hacks - Here are a few to get started thanks to our lovely BIC-ers, a big thank you for these fabulous ideas!

Spoiler

Trim off long chin and add to forehead for sheet masks	itsfi
Squeeze tube lip balms (like Bite) into pans and place in magnetic palette	sonnydee
Layer lip sleeping mask (such as Laneige) over regular balm	cianni
Derma plane prior to a peel-off mask to ease the pain of removal	heartsmyface
Warm water helps remove clay masks quicker than cold	cianni
Lay sheet masks flat prior to use so the serum is more evenly distributed	eshoe
Remove clay/difficult masks in the shower to keep towel clean and removal easy	itsfi/BIC
Use an HA serum prior to trying a mask with alcohol high on the ingredients list	keana1

Thanks @eshoe  yes for someone who still gets some flakes after Retinol this is great. I currently have Stratia Liquid Gold on my left side and F-Balm on the right 😄 wanted to see how performance compares since that is just $27 and I had already bought it before knowing the release date of F-Balm to help with the same issues (skin barrier repair after string acid or Retinol). Will see how both do after full day.

@eshoe  her website has a video of making this product in the lab for nerd in us 😊.

This was the first product for barrier repair, very popular for last 2-3 years. Now Paula’s choice, DE and many others coming out with barrier repair products. I never bought it because it has bit of silicone. Plus she uses preservatives that are not popular. I have been reading up on both and I got some info from the owner and decided to give it a try despite those things because I was tired of skin being irritated and flaky after using actives even after using good hydrators and good moisturizer.

Hmmm sounds like something I could have used a couple of years ago @naturalooks15. Barrie repair products are totally new to me, sounds like I need to check them out.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience with this @naturalooks15!  I'm going to running by my local Sephora this weekend and am going to ask for sample while I'm there.  🙂

@mrsmouse  That's a good idea. Make sure to request a good amount in sample since it's a mask to be applied in tick layer and not a moisturizer so that you get at least 2 uses to evaluate and see if you like it.

I'll be doing ingredient compare and performance compare of this with couple of other products that are bit cheaper.

Looks like a good line up @naturalooks15!  I don't know if I have just been living in a closet, but I hadn't heard of F-Bomb and totally cracked up when I saw the name.  😉  I'd be curious to know what you thought of it.

@naturalooks15  Is it wierd that my first thought when I looked at this picture was, daddy, mommy and baby? Haha. This is a great photo! Love the Babyfacial and Lippie Balm! Haven't tried the F-balm yet though - what did you think of it?

@Shosh85  :LOL I had initially thought/ imagined as two best friends holding hands but you are right, after adding Lippe and reading your comment, that is all I can think of 😄 😄

I loved the combo. I used to get taught skin and dry patches next morning after using babyfacial but didn't have any of that today morning. My skin was soft and moisturized.

I am trying to use all my masks before purchasing new ones and tonight’s was expired. Smelled fine. The mask itself was to big for me. The serum got in one of my eyes and it made it water bad. It was comfortable. Lots of serum in the packet. It did a good job. My skin feels hydrated now! Overall not to bad.

I've never tried one of these masks before @ather I swear I feel like I'm always getting serum in my eye!

@ather I believe @heartsmyface enjoys this one, too. The stringy-ness I can't get over, but great results!
