Each week features a different theme, as well as a letter of the alphabet for coming up with new masking ideas. 

Please include the brand and name of the mask you are trying out, as well as a photo if possible. Any other details are greatly appreciated, including scent, if it's an exfoliating mask (include acid info if known), your overall experience, and whether or not you would repurchase. Don't forget to include a grade (thanks to @ShortErica for the idea) to help others along the way.

Mask Hacks - Here are a few to get started thanks to our lovely BIC-ers, a big thank you for these fabulous ideas!

Trim off long chin and add to forehead for sheet masks	itsfi
Squeeze tube lip balms (like Bite) into pans and place in magnetic palette	sonnydee
Layer lip sleeping mask (such as Laneige) over regular balm	cianni
Derma plane prior to a peel-off mask to ease the pain of removal	heartsmyface
Warm water helps remove clay masks quicker than cold	cianni
Lay sheet masks flat prior to use so the serum is more evenly distributed	eshoe

@mrsmouse  Glad your trip wasn't wasted! Ross can be so random - sometimes I find nothing and sometimes I find a bunch of good stuff. 😉 I've bought my Perricone Cocoa Mask twice from there now and for some reason I see it there more than I see it at TJ Maxx/Marshall's. Luckily, my Ross store is conveniently located literally right across the street from TJ Maxx 👌😂

I feel like the Ross by me is trying to up their skincare game @Shosh85.  Today I saw Clarins, Buxon, and KVD, none of which have I ever seen at Ross.

I actually think you met all the challenge themes this week with this sheet mask, @Shosh85! I agree with @Kim888 - honey and almonds sound delicious. I could go for some now. 😋 Y is for “Yowza” - both for the retail price tag on this baby and for the steal you scored picking up a box for $5! B is for beautiful results - brightened (another B), hydrated, bouncy (yet another B!) and soft and smooth skin - what’s not to love about that!

It did smell yummy, but it was the kind of yummy that made me crave sweets, so I wasn't sure if that counted 😂

Definitely a great mask, just not worth the retail price - especially when I've had $2 masks do about the same thing. 🤷‍♀️ - but at least now I can say I tried a $50 mask 😉👍

@Kim888  It was a great mask, and I'd even pay more than 50 cents each for them 😉 I almost wrote that it was a mask that makes me hungry, but it's more like a "mask that gives me a sweet tooth" 🍯😋

I'm working off the B theme with My Beauty Diary for today's post.  This one was gifted to me by the ever lovely, and completely fabulous, @missjeanie! (Thanks Luv!)

My Beauty Diary Hyaluronic Ultra Moisturizing Mask: This was a thin (tencel maybe) sheet mask that came with a plastic backing.  Upon taking it out I could smell a mild fragrance (couldn't tell you what it was), but I didn't seem to notice that while it was on.  There was enough serum for face, neck, decollete, arms and hands (so no shortage here).  The fit was a little long at the cheeks so I had to do the airplane wing pinch/fold (did I get the airplane wing reference from you @lmaster?) in order to get it to sit flat against my skin.  I left it on for about 30 minutes and to be honest, it was just okay.  I wanted to see some plumpness from a mask that hyped hydration so much, but it just wasn't there.  I'm glad I got to try it, but it's not one I'd purchase if I came across it.  I do have a different one from this brand to try so we'll see if that one works better or if this brand just isn't for me.

I still have yet to try anything from this brand, but sorry the results weren't quite as great as hoped @mrsmouse. I always laugh when I hear people talk about the airplane wing thing, because I totally know what you mean 🙂

@mrsmouse Sorry to hear this one wasn't too impressive. I've only tried 3 so far and really liked 2 of them. I have this HA one to try as well, but I just might wait a bit now. 😉Which other one do you have?

@Shosh85, I also have the Black Pearl one.  Is this one of the ones that you have already tried?  If so, what did you think?

@mrsmouse  Close! I tried the Royal Pearl one and really liked it and also the Squalene one as well. I bought a set of these and am still getting through them. I do like they're pretty affordable 😉
