Thank you @Aaliaa for starting this thread and giving us a place to share our love for masks💗 Below is the 2020 schedule. Each week features a different theme, as well as a letter of the alphabet for coming up with new masking ideas. 

Please include the brand and name of the mask you are trying out, as well as a photo if possible. Any other details are greatly appreciated, including scent, if it's an exfoliating mask (include acid info if known), your overall experience, and whether or not you would repurchase. Don't forget to include a grade (thanks to @ShortErica for the idea) to help others along the way.

Mask Hacks - Here are a few to get started thanks to our lovely BIC-ers, a big thank you for these fabulous ideas!

Trim off long chin and add to forehead for sheet masks	itsfi
Squeeze tube lip balms (like Bite) into pans and place in magnetic palette	sonnydee
Layer lip sleeping mask (such as Laneige) over regular balm	cianni
Derma plane prior to a peel-off mask to ease the pain of removal	heartsmyface
Warm water helps remove clay masks quicker than cold	cianni
Lay sheet masks flat prior to use so the serum is more evenly distributed	eshoe

Oh wow I’m not making the themes AT ALL this week.  Just doing whatever strikes my fancy.  Tonight it was a bit of a multi masking session.  
i started with the Too Faced Pineapple Glow Moisturizing and Brightening Face mask.   It smells beautiful of candy pineapple but that dissipates after a minute or two.  It’s a sheer yellow gel with micro shimmer.  There was a bit of tingling for the first minute and then it felt almost like there was nothing on my face save for the sticky sensation if I touched it.    Not sure if I was supposed to put this on thicker but my skin felt nice enough after washing it off.   I would give it a B.  

I’m doing the foil mask now.  Review to follow.

@itsfi  Ha thanks?  Oh I didn’t come back to review it!   It conformed well, had a light floral scent and was apparently moisturizing enough to last me til morning without any other skincare.  I fell asleep moments after removing it:D

Vichy Pore Purifying Clay Mask

This is a light grey clay mask that was smooth and creamy in consistency and was easy to brush on. It felt cool and comfortable while it was on and had a scent that was sort of a mix of clay and floral. The instructions say to leave on for 3-5 minutes, but I left it on for more like 15. There was a light tingle at first, but it didn't last too long and it wasn't bothersome at all. It didn't really dry down hard, but it did feel a little tight. If I moved my face around it would sort of crack a little, but for the most part it dried down pretty soft and flexible. It rinsed off well, but I can see how using a wash cloth might make it go a bit faster. My face looked a little brighter and clearer and felt SOO soft and smooth. It did my face feel slightly dry, but nothing that made feel like running for the moisturizer.👍

I was happy to be able to try this one and it actually turned out even better than expected. I've always passed this up at TJ Maxx, but I just may pick it up the next time I see it. 😉

Etude House Black Hydrogel Eye Patch

Just like the title says, this is a black hydrogel eye patch. It had a good amount of serum and a typical sheet mask kind of scent. It was superhero-shaped, but with cat ears...(maybe a superhero cat? 🤔) It fit nice, though, the eye holes were just a tiny bit too narrow for my preference. The mask was textured on one side which helped make it adhere very well the 20 minutes I had it on. When I removed it my skin felt comfortably hydrated and was noticeably smoother.

These are probably not the most amazing eye masks in the world, but they were fun to wear and the results were decent! I have another I'll be happy to use and I'd repurchase it just because I like looking like superhero cat. 😹

Ok... that cat eye mask is super cute @Shosh85 !  I've always found the Vichy masks to be really easy ones to use!  I'll have to keep an eye out at TJ's for them!

@missjeanie  I really enjoyed this combo! I loved the gentle effectiveness of the Vichy mask! I haven't seen these little packets, but I have seen the jars of it and I'd definitely pick it up if I saw it again!  😃

My local drug store carries the mini double packets of a few of the Vichy masks @Shosh85 .  I wish more places did this so I didn't have to buy so many full sizes without trying them first lol!
