Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge

@snoflakefaerie I bought a bunch of the Holika Holika but didnt see either the acai berry or rice when I went on my spree. I plan to do a brand comparison at some point but haven't. I have tried the green tea and strawberry. I preferred the green tea. I think they are more filler masks. They are drenched in serum so if you like a long wear time, they would be a good choice.

I'm a Yadah fan. My notes have the honey one at an A-/B+. It didn't fit as well as other Yadah ones and had some tack. Nice results but no wow and I think it was generic mask scent and not honey.

Hope this helps! I haven't tried the other one.

I’ve been doing a lot more morning masking since amping up my nighttime skincare routine for winter.
i love this mask.  It left my skin tacky and plump.  Would use again.

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge

This one sounds great for morning masking and as a primer mask before makeup @heartsmyface. Gonna try to remember to look in my bin for this one.

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge

They have a nice gold one too, @heartsmyface - 🙌🏼 for plump and tacky skin😊

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge

@eshoe  That’s funny you mention it cause I’m doing it tonight:D.

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge

@heartsmyface  I've heard such good things about this brand! Sounds like great results!😃

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge

I love this brand too @heartsmyface 👍

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge

E week meant using the Elensilia-IntraCELL masks sent to me by @faeriegirl - thank you!

I started with Repairing as I had a healing blemish on my chin

It has a typical mask scent to me and was wet with serum. It had a good fit and I liked the material. I wore it 20 minutes. I did not have tack afterward and my skin felt soft and looked nice. There was a tad extra serum that I used on my neck and hands. This plus my sunscreen definitely left shiny skin which isn't my thing but if you are looking for it - this meets its claims. Grade A.

Next I went for the Revitalizing

This also had the typical mask scent though maybe I caught a hint of fruity. I was sidetracked and had it on for a bit more than 20 minutes..maybe 25. This one had no extra serum and I felt some tack. My skin seemed very similar to the results from the first mask. Good but I preferred the Repairing one, A-.

Last up was the Moisturizing

Same as the others, good fit and typical mask smell. I did catch a small whiff of fruity when I stuck my nose in the package but that's stretching, so yeah, typical mask scent. Hyaluronic acid is a great ingredient for me so I was happy I saved this for last. I wore it 20 minutes. My lines looked diminished vs. the other mornings and my skin looked great. Again, this didn't have an extra serum. It was my favorite of them and an A grade.

Overall review: these masks are right up my alley. They have a good fit and material and just the typical mask scent vs. a strong fragrance. Wear time of 20 minutes was good and the serum remaining on my face absorbed in 5-10 minutes. The Repairing was the only mask where I had a little extra serum in the package - I guess it's good the serum is mostly on the mask but I did like having that bit for my neck and hands. The Revitalizing had a little tack after wearing but was resolved with moisturizer. If I'm ranking them it goes Moisturizing, Repairing, Revitalizing but all were very good masks. Thank you so much @faeriegirl!

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge

@ShortErica, yay for the snail. Have you tried the snail cream from this brand?

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge

@nuinui933 this is the only thing I've tried from the brand. I'm so happy @faeriegirl shared the masks with me. Now I'm off to Google the cream. Have you tried it or these masks?

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge

@ShortErica I got a couple of foil sampls and they were pretty good. I'm not sure how to tell whether one snail cream is better than another one though.

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge

Ooooh 3 for 3, nice @ShortErica! So rare to have that happen, might have a pending Yadah on your hands;)

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge

I'm really glad faeriegirl sent me these. Not quite Yadah status but close @eshoe. All were very enjoyable. 😁

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge

@ShortErica  I still haven't tried any of these, but it sounds like I need to get a jump on it!

Glad they were all A's for you! 👍😃🐌

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge

I'd be curious to try the couple others in this line. Even looking online, the price of a 10 pack doesn't seem too bad even with my pretty cheap standards @Shosh85. 😂

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge

@ShortErica wow!! All As!! Excellent group of masks

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge

Yes, they were great! Do you have any from this brand @lmaster?

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge

I think I have tried one awhile ago @ShortErica

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge

I really like these masks @ShortErica, I am so glad they worked out for you!

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge

Not that I'm buying masks but for note taking, where did you get them @faeriegirl?

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge

@ShortErica  I got them from masksheets . com when they had them on sale.
