Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge

Oh that is absolutely amazing @SchylarR! How exciting!!! I would love to see your work, what an asset you will be to that shelter. I’ve adopted a couple of pups, the newest one is cranky as can be but makes me laugh so it all evens out. So happy for you!!!

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge

Awwwwh, thank you! That means a lot to me!!! I will definitely send some stuff your way once I get some projects finished!!! I actually already got my first assignment today and I am super excited!!! 😄 @eshoe

These look interesting 🤔

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge

@faeriegirl  I’m very interested!!!

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge

@faeriegirl  I'd have to say I agree with everyone else - 1 minute seems awful quick! And here I thought the 5 minutes @itsfi's mask pack asks for was too short 😂 It's a good price too, if it actually does something 😆

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge

I would keep it on for at least 5 or 10 minutes @Shosh85 @faeriegirl, assuming it wouldn’t have dried out before then. I’m all for efficiency but I’m just not sure how effective minute-masking would be. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge

@Shosh85  It is a good price, I just can’t see it doing much in just 1 minute😂

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge

Was just coming here to post these. 😄  I like that you get multiple in a pack but 1 minute... not sure about that. 😄

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge

For 1 minute?!?! And then take it off?? What is the point of the sheet mask portion- may as well bottle the serum and call it 'sheet mask free serum'. Or 'deconstructed sheet masks, now with less sheet mask'. @faeriegirl

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge

@l8totheparty you need to be in marketing - this comment is genius!

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge

😂😂😂

RE: Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge

Hahaha I love that 😂😂 but honestly someone please try these and give us a review!

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge

😄 @lmaster I vote for deconstructed sheet masks, you are too funny! @l8totheparty

Spoiler

Etude House Ceramide Mask

This is a thin-medium cotton sheet mask that was saturated with white, milky serum and didn't have much of a scent that I could tell. The fit was just ok - a tiny bit too long at the chin/jawline, slightly too wide at the temples, and the eye holes were a little too big for my preference. Despite having to smoosh and tweak things a little, it adhered very well and was comfortable to wear. I had it on for about 35 minutes. When I removed it there was only the slightest bit of tack, that went away within minutes. My face looked less dull, possibly slightly brighter(?) and felt nicely hydrated, moisturized and calm, and my skin felt soft and smooth and had a slight glow.

I really enjoyed this one and will definitely be a repurchase for me!

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge

Ceramide sheet masks are wonderful in the wintertime @Shosh85. 💞 Happy to hear this was another good EH mask for you; the ones in this line are generally good. 👍🏼😃 You can find them for a good price and I think they’d make great masks for daily masking.

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge

@itsfi My skin really loves ceramide and it's  definitely my go-to ingredient in the winter! I bought a variety pack from this line that I'll slowly be trying out and this was the first one up! Have you tried them all?

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge

@Shosh85, agreed; I love ceramide sheet masks in the winter months. Sooo good for dry skin. I haven’t tried all of the ones from this line but have tried honey 🍯, snail 🐌, hyaluronic acid 💧, camellia 🌺, and collagen (okay, I’m going to need an emoji for this ingredient). I’m interested in trying the olive one; the argan one sounds like it could be good for dry skin but I’ve found argan oil to be too heavy for me at times so I’m not sure 🤔 though it probably would be best if I tried it in the wintertime.

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge

@itsfi  The honey and snail are the ones I'm most excited to try!
P.S: I usually use the 🐷🐽 emoji for collagen 😉

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge

Ahhh, good ones for collagen @Shosh85! Will keep that in mind for next time.

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge

@Shosh85  sounds like a great mask!

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge

@ather  It really was pretty great! My dry skin loves ceramide 😃👍
