Thank you @Aaliaa for starting this thread and giving us a place to share our love for masks💗 Below is the 2020 schedule. Each week features a different theme, as well as a letter of the alphabet for coming up with new masking ideas. 

Please include the brand and name of the mask you are trying out, as well as a photo if possible. Any other details are greatly appreciated, including scent, if it's an exfoliating mask (include acid info if known), your overall experience, and whether or not you would repurchase. Don't forget to include a grade (thanks to @ShortErica for the idea) to help others along the way.

Mask Hacks - Here are a few to get started thanks to our lovely BIC-ers, a big thank you for these fabulous ideas!

Trim off long chin and add to forehead for sheet masks	itsfi
Squeeze tube lip balms (like Bite) into pans and place in magnetic palette	sonnydee
Layer lip sleeping mask (such as Laneige) over regular balm	cianni
Derma plane prior to a peel-off mask to ease the pain of removal	heartsmyface
Warm water helps remove clay masks quicker than cold	cianni
Lay sheet masks flat prior to use so the serum is more evenly distributed	eshoe

@eshoe  I love green tea, so that mask looks fantastic to me. I'll definitely be on the lookout for that one. I also can't believe I haven't tried that pixi mask yet! Next time I'm at target I'll see if they have it in stock.

I tried the Pixi in a mini set with the Glow Tonic and bought the FS mask before I even finished the DS @PrettyPaint! It is a very pleasant detox:)

Your favorite clay detox mask @eshoe?! I’m intrigued. 🤩 How often do you use it? How comfortable is it when it dries down?

I use a clay mask at least once a week, @itsfi, this one not as often as I’d like-but I’m trying to get through the ones don’t right now. It dries down just a bit, after 10 minutes or so. It seems fairly lightweight for a clay mask, too-some can be quite heavy. This one rinses easily, another bonus!

It was fantastic @Kim888, there is a set of four I think I will pick up next time I order a few masks. Chamomile, hibiscus and lavender are also included.

@eshoe  I'm so happy you loved it! It sounds like a fun one and I'm super excited to try it out! Since it expires a little later, I have it scheduled for the next G/T week in May 😃👍

@Shosh85 I really did, it was a mask I’ve wanted to use for awhile but was too pretty to look at, so I wouldn’t 😆 I will be on the lookout for this one, I would like to try some of the other teas, too. Thanks again🙌🏼

@eshoe  Besides green tea, there is hibiscus, camomile and lavender. I have the hibiscus one, and would like to try the camomile one, but I'm not sure I'd get the lavender - I just don't care for that scent much.

I just found them on yesstyle, @Shosh85 and I agree. Not a huge fan of lavender, that scent tends to be overpowering in beauty products. I do want to try them all eventually, though!

G is for Green Tea (from the wonderful @itsfi!)

Nature Planet Green Tea Blending Herb Tea Mask

I'm not positive what material this mask is exactly, but it's super thin and transparent and looks a lot like tencel to me. It was drenched with plenty of serum and had a light herbal-floral kind of scent that wasn't noticeable while the mask was on. The fit was a bit wonky, but it was thin enough I could smoosh and scrunch things into place easily. I kept the mask on for about a half hour. When I removed it I massaged in the the leftover serum and it wasn't sticky or tacky at all. My face felt refreshed, comfortably hydrated, moisturized and had a nice glow.

The results turned out wonderful and were long lasting. This is definitely one I'd purchase, (once I get my collection a little more under control of course😉)

This looks really nice @Shosh85, and the results sound fantastic. I'm hoping to become a bit more skilled at determining the fabric type. I've used a couple lately that haven't explicitly labeled the fabric and I haven't been sure whether they were tencel or a really thin, soft cotton.

@PrettyPaint  Yeah, sometimes when the mask is so thin and transparent, it can be hard to tell whether it's cotton or tencel. It'd be nice if all masks stated what material the mask is, but either way, I love it when it's thin!😉👍
