Thank you @Aaliaa for starting this thread and giving us a place to share our love for masks💗 Below is the 2020 schedule. Each week features a different theme, as well as a letter of the alphabet for coming up with new masking ideas. 

Please include the brand and name of the mask you are trying out, as well as a photo if possible. Any other details are greatly appreciated, including scent, if it's an exfoliating mask (include acid info if known), your overall experience, and whether or not you would repurchase. Don't forget to include a grade (thanks to @ShortErica for the idea) to help others along the way.

Mask Hacks - Here are a few to get started thanks to our lovely BIC-ers, a big thank you for these fabulous ideas!

Trim off long chin and add to forehead for sheet masks	itsfi
Squeeze tube lip balms (like Bite) into pans and place in magnetic palette	sonnydee
Layer lip sleeping mask (such as Laneige) over regular balm	cianni
Derma plane prior to a peel-off mask to ease the pain of removal	heartsmyface
Warm water helps remove clay masks quicker than cold	cianni
Lay sheet masks flat prior to use so the serum is more evenly distributed	eshoe
Remove clay/difficult masks in the shower to keep towel clean and removal easy	itsfi/BIC
Use an HA serum prior to trying a mask with alcohol high on the ingredients list	keana1

@quspork  It’s Skin can definitely be a bit of a rollercoaster. I usually only see one box at a time in any given store, otherwise I’d hoard these.

Innisfree My Real Squeeze Manuka Honey Sheet Mask

This is a super thin, tencel-like cotton sheet mask and was dripping with serum. The scent was a combo of rubbing alcohol and honey, and the alcohol is what stood out the most. It seemed pretty strong when I first opened the package, but faded quite a bit after placing the mask and I could smell a little more of the honey. The fit was great and was just a little too wide at the temples. I kept it on for about a half hour. When I removed it, my face looked slightly brighter/less dull and felt comfortably hydrated.There was some light tackiness that absorbed in about 20 minutes and my skin was left feeling soft and smooth.

This had some nice results, but I can get those same results from a mask without alcohol, so I probably wouldn't repurchase.

Alcohol and honey @Shosh85 yeah sounds like a pass, but I would still use it if it came to me 😊

@lmaster  I'd probably still use it if another one showed up - I don't mind the alcohol content as much as I mind the scent 🤷‍♀️😉

Too bad the alcohol is so far up the list, @Shosh85. I do like this one as well, even given that.

@quspork  I don't mind masks with alcohol because they haven't negatively effect my skin -  i just wish it didn't smell like it too. 🤷‍♀️

@ShortErica  Yeah, sometimes when I'm at TJ Maxx it's almost a relief to see alcohol that high up in the ingredients, because it keeps my purchases down. Haha 😂

@averylayne  I hoped they worked well, and sorry about the sleep deprivation. People used to always tell me about how their babies slept through the night almost immediately, and I was always so skeptical because that was the complete opposite of my experience.

I don't think my raccoon/panda circles are going away anytime soon, but my eyes did feel more hydrated after masking 😅 And whoever told you their baby sleeps through the night immediately...give me their number, gonna switch babies with them.  haha of course I'm kidding...love my little nocturnal owl haha

@quspork they felt very hydrated after, but those dark circles are stubborn 😣 I think my only fix is going to be some decent sleep haha

@averylayne  I really liked this one too - did it work well for you? My boys are 4 and 5 but still cause me to be sleep deprived. Haha! Every little bit helps! How old is your little one?

@Shosh85 they were hydrating, but my eyes still looked tired.  It did help a little, so I'll take what I can get haha! Everyone keeps telling me I won't sleep until they're 18..mine are 3 years and 5 months!  But I can imagine 4 and 5 years old are incredibly exhausting also...kids have SO MUCH energy! Hang in there mama! We will sleep one day!
