Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge!

This is one of my favorite wash off masks @Loretta55. 🖤💚 I like that it doesn’t make my skin tight and dry. Glad to hear it works for you as well.

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge!

I agree @itsfi . Only one small complaint it stains my washcloths.

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge!

Yeah. I now have a couple of once white washcloths now devoted specifically for mask removal @Loretta55. 😆

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge!

I purchased a package of cheap washcloths just for that purpose @itsfi.

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge!

I'm so glad we received this as gratis @Loretta55 I had never tried it before, and now I really enjoy it too

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge!

It is wonderful that @TeamBIC sends products for us to try and review @lmaster . I have found multiple products that I enjoy and have purchased along with GWP and samples.

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge!

Absolutely so kind and generous of @TeamBIC @Loretta55 🤗💗

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge!

Definitely agree @lmaster ! Thank you @TeamBIC for all that you do!

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge!

This dang blue stick mask... @itsfi I bought one based on your recommendation sometime around last Christmas, have it sitting in my 'to open' pile, waiting to use up a couple of masks... then bought it again in February remembering that you enjoyed it and having forgotten I'd bought it already.  lol My little cousin really appreciated the double purchase lol

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge!

Hahaha 😂! Oh @missjeanie, I’m so sorry. I only laugh because I’ve been there before. Often. It’s usually of a product that I’m not likely to need a lot of backups or more often the case, it’s a sheet mask that isn’t that great that I keep picking up because the packaging catches my eye and the ingredient is one that should work well for my skin! With the latter, I started taking photos of the sheet masks I should NOT pick up and saving them on my phone. 😆

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge!

Thanks so much for the detailed reviews @itsfi. I'm curious about that clarifying serum now. The weather/temp has been fluctuating so much that my skin doesn't know how to cope - it's definitely made my skin more combination than ever! My nose in particular probably needs some SA tx.

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge!

I’m pleasantly surprised by the clarifying serum @PrettyPaint! I used it again this morning and the spot seems to be looking even better. Yaay! 😃

The fluctuation in the weather pattern is definitely not kind to skin. Do you have a clay mask or mud mask that you like? That might be helpful for your nose, especially if you have one that doesn’t dry down and tighten up.

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge!

@itsfi  I think I'll give the clarifying serum a try next order I place 🙂  I just now read your reply, but that's funny that you mentioned a clay mask because that's exactly what I used this morning. I don't know that it's my favorite clay mask (it's the Ole Henriksen Hygge HydraClay), but it did seem to help a bit with the pores on my nose. For some reason I have a bunch of mini sizes of this mask that I've been trying to use up.

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge!

@itsfi ohh this sounds like a great way to be on theme!! SA is a staple in my routine

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge!

@lmaster, I’m going to follow your lead and be better about using SA more routinely. I’m usually on it when the unexpected guests show up on my face 😞 but regular use would make those times less frequent / more tolerable. I think I might do a SA-based cleanser once per week and then up it to 2-3 times when the zits decide they want to come out to play! 😖

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge!

Yes that sounds like a great plan @itsfi

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge!

Many thanks for the last paragraph in your first half, @itsfi. Good and interesting info!

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge!

@eshoe, I’ve been impressed with the quality of a lot of the products from the Sephora Collection, be it makeup, skincare, nail polish (when they carried the Formula X line). I haven’t tried their hair care range ... yet. Many of their products are underrated, in my mind. Most of the time, the fragrance in their products aren’t too bad and can be quite good (like the sheet masks) but these two products seemed to have a more lingering perfume scent than other of their products that I’ve tried and liked.

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge!

@itsfi Looks and sounds like some great masking! I think those eye masks are refreshing to use - especially in the summer 😉🥒☀️
The GlamGlow and TO masks are my most favorite masks to use as spot treatments! Glad to hear they both work well for you too!

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge!

Yes @Shosh85! They’re great for spot treating blemishes! I also really like SUNDAY RILEY - Saturn Sulfur Acne Treatment Mask.
