Thank you @Aaliaa for starting this thread and giving us a place to share our love for masks💗 Below is the 2020 schedule. Each week features a different theme, as well as a letter of the alphabet for coming up with new masking ideas. 

Please include the brand and name of the mask you are trying out, as well as a photo if possible. Any other details are greatly appreciated, including scent, if it's an exfoliating mask (include acid info if known), your overall experience, and whether or not you would repurchase. Don't forget to include a grade (thanks to @ShortErica for the idea) to help others along the way.

Most importantly, have fun and merry masking!

Mask Hacks - Here are a few to get started thanks to our lovely BIC-ers, a big thank you for these fabulous ideas!

Spoiler

Trim off long chin and add to forehead for sheet masks	itsfi
Squeeze tube lip balms (like Bite) into pans and place in magnetic palette	sonnydee
Layer lip sleeping mask (such as Laneige) over regular balm	cianni
Derma plane prior to a peel-off mask to ease the pain of removal	heartsmyface
Warm water helps remove clay masks quicker than cold	cianni
Lay sheet masks flat prior to use so the serum is more evenly distributed	eshoe
Remove clay/difficult masks in the shower to keep towel clean and removal easy	itsfi/BIC
Use an HA serum prior to trying a mask with alcohol high on the ingredients list	keana1
Use a Makeup Eraser to remove wash-off masks	lmaster
With a detox mask, apply a thicker layer where pores are	Ather

Yes, the Green Tea and this one were both exceptional, @itsfi. Only the Hibiscus is left that I know of.

The hisbiscus 🌺 one was the first one I tried @eshoe, courtesy of @Shosh85. 🤗 I really liked that one a lot. ♥️

@eshoe  Oh I love these as well!  The little tea bag is a fun little gimmick and I’m all for masking gimmicks!  
I saw Korres has a bunch of new skincare and I’ve been both curious and hesitant to try some cause the rose scent in their sleeping mask is just so intense.  Good results but you have to suffer for them.  The fact you say it’s less fragrant is making me reconsider.

@heartsmyface I ended up tossing my moisturizer before I was finished. Made me hesitant to buy this but I saw new packaging 🤩 doesn’t always work out this way, but this time it did;)

I think it would be pretty simple to replicate, @Anastasiya13 - a tea sachet of any sort (chamomile, green, etc.) would add a pleasant scent to any opened mask!

@eshoe  Oh, hmmm. True. If its only for scent, might be better to just make a fresh cup while masking. I know tea bags have benefits for anti puffiness but not sure of how it would be with a mask.

@eshoe  So happy to hear the sheet mask turned out nice! I can't wait to try mine! I'm not so sure about the Lavender scent, but your results sound great! 😃

Really the best thing about it is that you can alter the amount of fragrance, @Shosh85. I guess in all reality, you wouldn’t even need to use the sachet☺️ But now I am going to find my lavender and hibiscus petals and add them to my DIY masks.

I tried out the watermelon Sephora clay mask stick. I was impressed by how creamy and easy it was to apply and I love a quick 5 minute mask. However even though throw didn’t actually dry down which is generally a sign of a good non drying clay mask for me, this was super drying . My skin felt really tight after using. Still for like $4 it did so some blurring. 

also used the bawdy watermelon booty mask - I think these are funny . Doesn’t actually do any lifting but it is kind of moisturizing haha

and then the Sephora collection watermelon looks balm - I like this one - quick and easy bal
