Thank you @Aaliaa for starting this thread and giving us a place to share our love for masks💗 Below is the 2020 schedule. Each week features a different theme, as well as a letter of the alphabet for coming up with new masking ideas. 

Please include the brand and name of the mask you are trying out, as well as a photo if possible. Any other details are greatly appreciated, including scent, if it's an exfoliating mask (include acid info if known), your overall experience, and whether or not you would repurchase. Don't forget to include a grade (thanks to @ShortErica for the idea) to help others along the way.

Mask Hacks - Here are a few to get started thanks to our lovely BIC-ers, a big thank you for these fabulous ideas!

Trim off long chin and add to forehead for sheet masks	itsfi
Squeeze tube lip balms (like Bite) into pans and place in magnetic palette	sonnydee
Layer lip sleeping mask (such as Laneige) over regular balm	cianni
Derma plane prior to a peel-off mask to ease the pain of removal	heartsmyface
Warm water helps remove clay masks quicker than cold	cianni
Lay sheet masks flat prior to use so the serum is more evenly distributed	eshoe

@itsfi I'm happy to hear it turned out so well for you! I'll be trying this one out this week too! I'm still not sure how I feel about wash off sheet masks, but the scent and results certainly sound great! 😃

Yeah @Shosh85, I’m with you. 👊🏼 I’m not entirely sure that wash off sheet masks will be something I reach for often but this one was very nice!! I was impressed by it. 🤩 I was also impressed that I remembered to wash it off. Hahaha! 😂

@itsfi  Ok, so I think I need both almond jello and this mask! 🙂 By almond jello, do you mean jello with almonds in it or actual almond-flavored jello? If it's almond-flavored jello (i.e., with almond extract type flavoring), I need to figure out how to make this asap! But the mask also sounds lovely as well - I shall be looking it up very soon here.

I’ve had a bottle of almond extract forever that is calling out to be used @PrettyPaint! I am now thinking some gelatin and this and water, with a few berries? But there is always a secret ingredient 😄

Nowadays I'm pretty sure there's a recipe online that would have be a good recreation of what you'd get with the mix + water and that may or may not let you in on the secret ingredient @eshoe. @PrettyPaint 🙂

@itsfi  Perhaps a recipe with gelatin, water, sugar, milk, almond extract, fruit cocktail, and maraschino cherries? 🙂

@PrettyPaint, it’s almond flavored jello. Comes in a mix. Water + pot, bring to a light boil, then add in the mix; let it cool down and refrigerate. I suspect the instructions called for pouring the hot gelatin liquid into a bowl and then cooling down but I think we skipped that step when we were in college and just left it in the pot to cool down and then placed it in the fridge to set overnight. Then some would pour some fruit cocktail over it but I’m thinking I’d now prefer to use fresh fruits, like berries. I’ll see if I can get my hands on some boxes of the jello but that might not happen for a few weeks.

@itsfi I think I maybe have it figured out (see above), because I definitely don't think I've seen a mix in the store before. It sounds yummy to me at least! 🙂

Lol 😆 I’m trying to be better at remembering to read the instructions first @lmaster! 🤪 I came close to forgetting to wash it off and almost treated it like a regular sheet mask.

I feel like I have a few Pacifica sheet masks that I need to try out @eshoe I'll have to check to see if this is one.  The dragonfruit lip scrub is pretty great too!

Good to know about the m-61 peel pads @eshoe. I have a couple samples but haven’t been that interested in reaching for them. I feel like I’m pretty set on peel pads with the FAB, DDG and Neogen pads. Even so, that didn’t stop me from looking at the huangjisoo trio set at Costco. 😉😆

@itsfithe FIRST AID BEAUTY - Facial Radiance Pads have set such a high standard for me! Always have a backup of those. I do like the DDG but they are just a bit too strong (ok I’m just a wimp; I’m really kind of afraid of them). The Neogen are just a treat-the scent and texture!

I looked at that set on their website, so many good finds lately. Wish the YSL would have been available in a neutral color or two-would have picked up another. Do you have a favorite luxe lip product?
