Each week features a different theme, as well as a letter of the alphabet for coming up with new masking ideas. Feel free to post as frequently or infrequently as you would like, with or without following the challenge; they are guidelines and just something we do for fun. We love hearing about every masking experience, and suggestions are always welcomed!

Please include the brand and name of the mask you are trying out, as well as a photo if possible. Any other details are greatly appreciated, including scent, if it's an exfoliating mask (include acid info if known), your overall experience, and whether or not you would repurchase. Don't forget to include a grade (thanks to @ShortErica for the idea) to help others along the way.

Mask Hacks - Here are a few to get started thanks to our lovely BIC-ers, a big thank you for these fabulous ideas!

Trim off long chin and add to forehead for sheet masks	itsfi
Squeeze tube lip balms (like Bite) into pans and place in magnetic palette	sonnydee
Layer lip sleeping mask (such as Laneige) over regular balm	cianni
Derma plane prior to a peel-off mask to ease the pain of removal	heartsmyface
Warm water helps remove clay masks quicker than cold	cianni
Lay sheet masks flat prior to use so the serum is more evenly distributed	eshoe

Meg Two-Step Jelly Mask

This is a two-step mask, with the first step being a big cotton swab that is soaked with 9% lactic acid and you are to swipe it all over your face. The second step is the sheet mask. It is a super thin and meshy cotton sheet mask that was saturated with a slimy jelly serum and had a light, sort of fresh and clean, floral scent. The fit was great - it was just a little too long at the chin. It adhered well and was comfortable to wear the half hour I had it on. I massaged in the leftover serum and it wasn't sticky or tacky at all. My face looked brighter, felt soft & smooth and comfortably hydrated.

This turned out great and is one I'd repurchase again, but would like to first try out the others from the brand! Thanks again, Fi 😃

So happy you liked this one @Shosh85! <33 I was a little nervous about sending it your way because of the scent on it. I love the 2-steps in this one as well - an acid peel followed by a hydrating and soothing jelly mask. Your post is a great reminder that I need to include one of these in my travel bag; thank you! 🙂

@itsfi I loved it! I wouldn't say floral is my favorite kind of scent, but I don't mind it so much as long as it's not overwhelming. 😉

I would definitely like to try out the others! Have you tried any of the other varieties?

@Shosh85 did you receive the green one by chance? Can’t recall if you’ve used a Facetory sub but I think a green one was involved recently. I haven’t tried it yet because my second go round with this one was so messy. The final assessment was great though, I agree!

 For this weeks theme of BIC made me do it I used Farmacy honey potion. I am so glad I saw this one on here because it’s my favorite wash off mask. I love the warming effect and my face always feels so soft after using it. For M week I used Yadah Moisturizing mask pack. Thank you @mrsmouse for sending me this! It was a thicker sheet that was drenched in serum. It didn’t smell like honey but just had a regular sheet mask scent. The fit was pretty good. I left it on for 25 minutes and there was still plenty of serum left to massage into my face and neck. It was a bit tacky at first but absorbed nicely after about 10 minutes. My face felt very moisturized and soft. I would definitely use this one again.

I definitely wish the Yadah mask had a nice honey scent, but I agree, the results were great 😃👍

Farmacy oh yes I was this close to using it tonight @faeriegirl! Love it and haven’t tried the Yadah but based on all of the previous Yadah masks it is well worth the effort to hunt down😉

I was first introduced to this mask by the lovely and very thoughtful @eshoe 💗 then the very kind and giving @l8totheparty managed to find some that were still available. for some reason they are discontinuing them, and I'm not sure why because these are very nice masks. it is a thicker material white sheet that is soaked with a clear bubbly serum. the fit on this was a little long at the forehead but perfect everywhere else. The scent reminded me of a fragrance you would smell in a shampoo, it was it was very lovely. I wore this mask for 20 minutes and after removing, my skin was very moisturized and soft and felt hydrated. there was no tackiness whatsoever. I really enjoy this brand and I'm sad that they are far and few between left. thanks again ladies for allowing me the opportunity to try this brand.
