@eshoe I've never tried a bubbling lip mask before! It sounds so cool! I love that your daughter thought it felt like pomegranates! That is just too cute! 💖
I'm so happy you enjoyed the BioBelle! I was actually surprised I liked it as much as I did. Haha! It's definitely a good solid brand! 😃
I remember her saying the pomegranate seeds tickled, @Shosh85 - I suppose because they are acidic. She’s very sensitive to acidity in fruits, so we eat lots of watermelon and bananas here 😊
I can’t wait to try out the other two (peach and pineapple) from the Tutti Frutti set. Actually I can’t wait to try out so MANY masks!
Oooh everyone likes BioBelle! Wish we had em here. Maybe I'll search the net, see what comes up...or have I already? I'll check again one of these days. It's a great day when every beauty item used is a great one. @eshoe
I didn’t know you can’t get them up there, @l8totheparty! Hopefully they show up somewhere eventually. Besides all of the good ingredients, it’s also a women-owned brand (by four sisters).
My dive produced no availability within Canada, as well as no places that ship BioBelle masks to Canada. BioBelle itself didn't want to open for me, so I'm sure about direct from brand.
It was @IndyQT317. Most lip masks in my mind are just for fun anyways😉
This sounds and looks fun and awesome. I love all the pretty colors on your masks. @eshoe
All I needed was a glitter peel off and it would have been a dream masking session for a tween @emaisgr8 😂
I found another chocolate mask. It is Miss Spa Chocolate Self heating clay mask. It feels like t am rubbing either chocolate pudding or chocolate frosting all over my face. I left in on for 20 minutes and I thought that a single pimple that I had was smaller. It felt and smelled heavenly!
Could you imagine if the mask was also edible?! That would be amazing @Loretta55. Love that this worked out for you!
Of course I had to lick it . It does have an unsweetened chocolate flavor and smells divine! Even my husband commented on the scent.
I would hope that if it was edible that it would be low in calories.
@Loretta55 Did you feel the heating from this?
This mask does have a nice warming effect @emaisgr8 .
You've said enough to convince me to try it, @Loretta55. I love chocolate and it's a small investment 😉
@Loretta55 I love chocolate masks! Who doesn't like spreading it on their face?! 😃🍫 I've been curious about this one but have been reluctant to buy it because the other masks I've tried and heard about from this brand have been unimpressive. I may just have to pick this one up! How was the self-heating aspect of it?
The self heating effect is definitely there @Shosh85 . Not as much as the Farmacy Honey Potion but nice!
And for C week- The Tonymoly Golden Pig Collagen Bounce Mask. (Also C for CUTE!)
This wash-off mask touts its main ingredients of collagen, honey, squalene, and gold to help hydrate, firm, and re-energize skin. Now, let's be honest, I bought it because HELLO, it's an adorable pig to celebrate the Year of the Pig. So use of the actual mask is completely secondary on this LOL. That said, I did try out the mask this week and found it enjoyable to use. It's a thick golden cream that smells like warmed honey. The scent definitely lingered while the mask was on. It spread easily and was comfortable on. It was slightly difficult to rinse off, but that may have been user error in applying it too thickly in a couple of areas. After rinsing, my face did feel hydrated, but that was about it. Of course, it may take more use to really see more complete effects (although I don't really expect it to firm anything). The pig is a keeper and if you're a lover of honey masks this might be of interest to you too.
Overall, A+ for the packaging, B+ for the actual mask.
