Each week features a different theme, as well as a letter of the alphabet for coming up with new masking ideas. Feel free to post as frequently or infrequently as you would like, with or without following the challenge; they are guidelines and just something we do for fun. We love hearing about every masking experience, and suggestions are always welcomed!

Please include the brand and name of the mask you are trying out, as well as a photo if possible. Any other details are greatly appreciated, including scent, if it's an exfoliating mask (include acid info if known), your overall experience, and whether or not you would repurchase. Don't forget to include a grade (thanks to @ShortErica for the idea) to help others along the way.

Mask Hacks - Here are a few to get started thanks to our lovely BIC-ers, a big thank you for these fabulous ideas!

Trim off long chin and add to forehead for sheet masks	itsfi
Squeeze tube lip balms (like Bite) into pans and place in magnetic palette	sonnydee
Layer lip sleeping mask (such as Laneige) over regular balm	cianni
Derma plane prior to a peel-off mask to ease the pain of removal	heartsmyface
Warm water helps remove clay masks quicker than cold	cianni
Lay sheet masks flat prior to use so the serum is more evenly distributed	eshoe
Remove clay/difficult masks in the shower to keep towel clean and removal easy	itsfi/BIC
Use an HA serum prior to trying a mask with alcohol high on the ingredients list	keana1

July: @lmaster suggested a Crème Shop Sanrio Mask for our July 6th meetup, and you all voted for the My Melody Softer Than Cookies.

August: Biobelle Tutti Frutti Collection - the Peach is on deck for our mid-summer masking! Join us Saturday August 10th to compare notes on this mask. Then Saturday August 17th we will be comparing the Biobelle Pineapple mask. Thank you @lmaster, @Shosh85 & @PrettyPaint for suggesting Biobelle!

@ShortErica  That end summary is helpful to me! If it weren't for the massive collection I have, there'd probably be a lot more masks I'd "run out and buy immediately" I never thought I'd ever be sad about only having one face 😂

@heartsmyface I literally didn't even notice that bee until after I posted this review. 😂 There really wasn't much of a scent at all. I would've loved if it smelled like honey 🍯😋

F is for fresh Vita hydrating two step mask, I've tried a mask like this before, and wasn't too thrilled,,, yep not thrilled with this one either... it has a mesh type mask that is thin with vitamin b dots. you are supposed to squeeze the package until the serum errupts into the mask side, that's when I massage the serum for about 5 minutes until I thought.... it was saturated. the scent initially reminded me of a nail salon,,, then I realized that grape was very faintly noticeable. I feel like maybe all the scents combined didn't work too well for this mask 🤷 there was enough clear serum in the package left for another application. the mask fit was horrible, very clumpy and lumpy and I honestly looked like a creature from a horror movie,,lbvs!! after all the massaging I did, the mask didn't feel as saturated as I thought it should, so I applied some serum directly on my face and then added the mask. left this on for 25 minutes, there was no noticeable serum left, and no tackiness either. I once again added more serum to my face and let that absorb. I did see good results, my face was brighter and hydrated and moisturized, but too much trouble to get to this point. I would not purposely purchase these again. I'd rate it a C

Too many steps plus lumpy mask equals a no from me @lmaster . Sorry it wasn’t a better experience. At least it gave good results.

@lmaster I remember not liking the scent on this one too - I don't recall a nail salon smell, but it was pretty strong. I do agree the results were nice though!

One blind pick: Neutrogena Radiance Boost. The Burt's Bees was intentional because my lips have been dehydrated for this summer season. So odd. Both masks are staples and great for my sensitive oily skin.
