Each week features a different theme, as well as a letter of the alphabet for coming up with new masking ideas. Feel free to post as frequently or infrequently as you would like, with or without following the challenge; they are guidelines and just something we do for fun. We love hearing about every masking experience, and suggestions are always welcomed!

Please include the brand and name of the mask you are trying out, as well as a photo if possible. Any other details are greatly appreciated, including scent, if it's an exfoliating mask (include acid info if known), your overall experience, and whether or not you would repurchase. Don't forget to include a grade (thanks to @ShortErica for the idea) to help others along the way.

Mask Hacks - Here are a few to get started thanks to our lovely BIC-ers, a big thank you for these fabulous ideas!

Trim off long chin and add to forehead for sheet masks	itsfi
Squeeze tube lip balms (like Bite) into pans and place in magnetic palette	sonnydee
Layer lip sleeping mask (such as Laneige) over regular balm	cianni
Derma plane prior to a peel-off mask to ease the pain of removal	heartsmyface
Warm water helps remove clay masks quicker than cold	cianni
Lay sheet masks flat prior to use so the serum is more evenly distributed	eshoe

@CookieGirl1 I wish I could take credit for that idea!! I know a lot of the lovely people here like to do that as well! It seems more often than not, a mask is great right out of the fridge, especially in the summer! It's also great, like @keana1 mentioned, to just help keep it fresh! 🙌

For this week, I decided to try something I had yet to use - the Ahava Hydration Cream Mask, which I believe had been recommended by the lovely @lmaster ❤️ While there are no “F”s, this mask does contain a ton of minerals from the Dead Sea mud, including calcium, magnesium, potassium and iron. Plus it has Vitamin E! Thanks babe for the suggestion, this is definitely something my skin enjoyed!

My skin has been needing extra hydration and this fit the theme, so I thought why not try it now! It said it could be used as a leave on or rinse off, but I chose to rinse it off. You’re supposed to leave it for 3-5 mins but I ended up leaving it around 20. The consistency is light and creamy, almost like a lotion. It is perfumed, so those who are sensitive to scent may not love it at first, although I didn’t notice it while it was on. It dried down, but was not infomortable in any way. It did dry almost clear, but I’m not sure if that’s becausw of how long I left it, or if I didn’t use a thick enough amount. It washed off very easily. My skin felt very soft and bright! I had no tight feeling at all, which I liked. Some minor redness on my cheeks had disappeared, which I attribute to the aloe, which soothed it. All in all, very happy. Thank you for the recommendation, girl!! I’d give it an A, although I’d be more interested to see how it performs as a sleeping mask!

I haven’t tried Ahava products before @cianni but this mask sounds great! I’m glad that @Imaster recommended it to you and that it left you with hydrated skin! Great for winter! BTW love your nails! 💕

I’ll be looking out for it @cianni ! I have 2 Winners close by and they’re new ! Before I had to drive 20 minutes to the closest one and it was rather disappointing!

@Shosh85 thank you!! 💅🏼 Ahava for me is one of those brands i often forget about, but every time I use a product I’m like “ooooh, I DO love these products, I should use them more!!”... and then I get caught up in all the more fun brand releases🤦🏽‍♀️
