Each week features a different theme, as well as a letter of the alphabet for coming up with new masking ideas. Feel free to post as frequently or infrequently as you would like, with or without following the challenge; they are guidelines and just something we do for fun. We love hearing about every masking experience, and suggestions are always welcomed!

Please include the brand and name of the mask you are trying out, as well as a photo if possible. Any other details are greatly appreciated, including scent, if it's an exfoliating mask (include acid info if known), your overall experience, and whether or not you would repurchase. Don't forget to include a grade (thanks to @ShortErica for the idea) to help others along the way.

Mask Hacks - Here are a few to get started thanks to our lovely BIC-ers, a big thank you for these fabulous ideas!

Trim off long chin and add to forehead for sheet masks	itsfi
Squeeze tube lip balms (like Bite) into pans and place in magnetic palette	sonnydee
Layer lip sleeping mask (such as Laneige) over regular balm	cianni

Yes @Danzie89! You definitely feel that burn at the start and then ... c'mon baby soft skin! 🙂  Do you use other chemical exfoliants/peels in your routine or is Babyfacial your go to?

I only use the babyfacial every two weeks due to my sensitive skin, but it is typically my go-to product. I also use Kate Somerville’s Exfolikate about twice a week in the mornings and I use retinol products every other night. I try to keep my skincare regimen predictable so my skin doesn’t have any reactions!

Last week I barely got any masking in too busy/exhausted/ruined my face so trying to figure out how to fix it! (I think SR Saturn overnight was maybe a bad idea🤔) anyways...I did get 1 in & my bite masks-alternating currently between candy cane (not pictured because I cant find it 😂) & lavender

It was either the SR was to strong, or the OH primer I've been testing or I had just got my upper lip waxed because i was dry (flakey even) all on my checks & only one 1 side 😳😷@missjeanie very odd.

Oh no hope your skin gets back to normal @sonnydee 😱 I would use my lavender Bite more but sometimes I’m just not in the mood to work so hard for a lip mask. Maybe placing it in a warm water bath before using would help 😆 Good luck finding the Candy Cane one!

LADIES AND GENTLEMEN... I HAVE FOUND THE MOST AMAZING MASK....and it's discontinued. 😞  Is the new version of the @Farmacy  brightening mask the same as the old?

I did some morning masking to get me in the grove to power though today and started off with the Beta Rosehip & Kakadu lum mask.  This is a cream type of mask that comes in individual packets.  I can easily get two uses out of a packet so I'll use this again this week.  The cream is heavily floral scented and the scent remains the entire time it's on.  This is the reason I won't repurchase.  The cream sinks into my skin really well over about 15 minutes and in thinner spots you can't even see the white cream anymore.  I washed off in the shower and my skin really was quite moisturized when I took a look after.  This is why I'll continue to use it up.  This mask also falls into the bargain category as I grabbed it on sale for under 1$ a mask. 
Since I was feeling the masking energy I decided to try out the Farmacy Brightening mask with urple broccoli extract. This mask was sent to me by  right before I found one lonely pack on clearance at Winners (hello bargain!). I had pulled this out to put in my pile to choose from for the week and saw that  used it and loved it so I was pushed to give it a go this morning and hey... Brightening is always a good thing in the morning!  I first was confused as to which side I put on my face.  The white or the blue... clearly I should read instructions first... I wasn't putting either on my face, but the super duper thin see through layer was where the magic is at.  This is one of the most comfortable masks I've ever worn.  It clung so well to my skin, but still moved with it when I made an expression.  No real scent on this guy... maybe a bit of 'sheet mask scent'.  And my face looked great after peeling it off after a half hour ish.  I am sooooooo glad that I picked up the pack at winners without trying it before hand.  Why did they stop making this amazing perfection of a mask??? I went back to winners tonight to look for more.  Not that I really thought there would be more....
So... is the new one the same as the old one???

@missjeanie, I do love the older version of the Farmacy sheet masks. I like the newer version as well, but these older ones are so good. I can't remember if it was the new brightening one or the hydrating ones but someone used them a while back and compared the ingredients list for both and they were not the same. 😞 I'll try to remember to take a look this weekend at the ones for the brightening versions.

Interesting @itsfi .  I usually expect with a packaging change theres some kind of formula change as well.  I'm going to snag a few of the new ones next week to check out.  If they're similar at least I'm sure I'll be happy!

@missjeanie Those Farmacy Masks are great! It was so nice finding them at TJ Maxx! From what I heard, those masks were reformulated. I haven't tried the newer version yet, but I loved these ones!
