Each week features a different theme, as well as a letter of the alphabet for coming up with new masking ideas. Feel free to post as frequently or infrequently as you would like, with or without following the challenge; they are guidelines and just something we do for fun. We love hearing about every masking experience, and suggestions are always welcomed!

Please include the brand and name of the mask you are trying out, as well as a photo if possible. Any other details are greatly appreciated, including scent, if it's an exfoliating mask (include acid info if known), your overall experience, and whether or not you would repurchase. Don't forget to include a grade (thanks to @ShortErica for the idea) to help others along the way.

Mask Hacks - Here are a few to get started thanks to our lovely BIC-ers, a big thank you for these fabulous ideas!

Trim off long chin and add to forehead for sheet masks	itsfi
Squeeze tube lip balms (like Bite) into pans and place in magnetic palette	sonnydee
Layer lip sleeping mask (such as Laneige) over regular balm	cianni
Derma plane prior to a peel-off mask to ease the pain of removal	heartsmyface
Warm water helps remove clay masks quicker than cold	cianni
Lay sheet masks flat prior to use so the serum is more evenly distributed	eshoe
Remove clay/difficult masks in the shower to keep towel clean and removal easy	itsfi/BIC

June: Bawdy Butt Mask Month. Let's try all four masks, one a Saturday (Thank you @faeriegirl!) On the 22nd we will also be trying out a Yadah mask - your pick, thanks to @ShortErica. 
July: @lmaster suggested a Crème Shop Sanrio Mask for our July 6th meetup, and you all voted for the My Melody Softer Than Cookies.

I remember trying a different aloe mask and if it did have a cooling sensation, it wasn't as apparent as this one @lmaster. I can't wait to use it as the days get more miserable..I hate hot and humid weather.

I try to not get sunburned but sometimes it seems inevitable and this will be the mask I grab @faeriegirl, I'll have to put some in the refrigerator to find later.

@ShortErica This one definitely sounds like a mask that would be great chilled in the fridge  and worn after being in the sun! Aloe and cucumber masks are probably my favorite chilled in the fridge 😉 I love that it has a cooling sensation! I'm even more excited to these out! Thanks for the great review!👍🤗

Great review, @ShortErica. Makes me happy that I picked up both boxes my store had, as I did really like the collagen one. I will try the Aloe chilled;)

Depending on how the rose goes, I may try to visit the other Marshall's and see if they still have any @eshoe 😬 Like I really need 2 boxes. I know you said a backup mask (buy in 2's) but I don't believe we've established backup box rules. Haha.

Yeah one packs=yes, one box=no @ShortErica! That’s a LOT of the same mask. I would get bored😂

Considering I can't fit these boxes with the rest of my masks, I think it's time to slow down a bit @eshoe. But if I'm addicted to the collagen, maybe I'll give myself one pass and then when I get bored of it, it will be a not so expensive lesson in mask hoarding.

Glad to hear this one went well, @ShortErica. You're right about aloe being a nice summer ingredient to help calm skin after a day in the sun, so that's probably what I'll save most of these for. I'd be willing to bet it would be very soothing after a few minutes in the fridge to help with a cooling effect as well.

P Pacifica super green detox kale and charcoal facial mask. this mask has also been reviewed, but my opinion differs a bit. now on scent, yes, this mask was lacking in the lovely scent department! and it did invade my nostrils during the masking process, but it wasn't the worst I've smelled. I left it on for 15 minutes, I could tell from trying to massage the remaining serum, that my skin did in fact feel like a great deal just took place! I waited about ten minutes after removing the mask to look at my face. I noticed the texture of my face had changed, like the blemishes had actually became smaller. redness was faded, an overall clean feeling. I would repurchase this mask again. the scent was blah but the results I experienced, were excellent I'd rate it A-

@lmaster Thats awesome it helped with your blemishes! Sounds wonderful, minus the scent – I'd definitely put up with a not-so-pleasant scent of it meant I'd get great results! I'm happy it turned out so well! 👍🤗🙌
