Each week features a different theme, as well as a letter of the alphabet for coming up with new masking ideas. Feel free to post as frequently or infrequently as you would like, with or without following the challenge; they are guidelines and just something we do for fun. We love hearing about every masking experience, and suggestions are always welcomed!

Please include the brand and name of the mask you are trying out, as well as a photo if possible. Any other details are greatly appreciated, including scent, if it's an exfoliating mask (include acid info if known), your overall experience, and whether or not you would repurchase. Don't forget to include a grade (thanks to @ShortErica for the idea) to help others along the way.

Mask Hacks - Here are a few to get started thanks to our lovely BIC-ers, a big thank you for these fabulous ideas!

Trim off long chin and add to forehead for sheet masks	itsfi
Squeeze tube lip balms (like Bite) into pans and place in magnetic palette	sonnydee
Layer lip sleeping mask (such as Laneige) over regular balm	cianni
Derma plane prior to a peel-off mask to ease the pain of removal	heartsmyface

This mask looks and sounds amazing @Shosh85! LOVE your results - noticeably brighter, softer, smoother, very well hydrated and glowy skin. Ummmm, YESSSS!!

My 'no-buy mask' is officially done, soooo  look out sheet masks, here comes 'lil ole Fi! hahaha! 🙂 I'm gonna get me some these peripera sheet masks!

I've really loved all the Juice Time Masks I've tried so far! I do have to say, they all do seem a lot alike in terms of result – but at least they're great results and so far they all smell like the fruit depicted on the package and that's pretty important too!

Cant wait to see what masks you purchase! Even if they're not my own, sheet mask hauls are super satisfying! 🙌😍

P is for pineapple

I'll be heading out in an hour or so for an early birthday dinner for my dad, so I thought I'd do a little skincare prep with a sheet mask. Burt's Bees Flavor Crystals Lip Balm - Tropical Pineapple is a bit 'meh' in my mind. It smells pineapple-y, which is great, but it has a plastick-y taste/smell to it that is not so great. It does go away eventually but the initial whiff of plastic is definitely not ideal. Now, as for The Creme Shop Pineapple Enzyme Infused Face Mask:

Type of Mask	Sheet
Material (if sheet mask)	Cotton
Essence / Serum	It's what I expect of most sheet mask essences - liquid-y, but this one maybe a little thinner in consistency than the standard essence
Extra Essence in pouch?	Not a lot, just enough to add more to the sheet mask or to apply to neck and arms
Intended Purpose	Softens, reduces inflammation and brightens
Notable Ingredients	Glycerin, sodium hyaluronate, and extracts of: grape, strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, cranberry and pineapple.
Fit	The nose bridge area on this one is rather wide and hovers over the corner of my eyes. That got snipped right away.
Scent	Fruity, tropical and of pineapples. Added fragrance is the 12th ingredient listed. 😞
Suggested Wear Time	20-30 minutes or until dry (I had it on for 30)
Notes	I love pineapples - love the smell, love the refreshing and delicious taste of fresh pineapples on a warm day. Wish it were higher up on the ingredients list in this mask - it's the second to last ingredient listed. 😞 Despite that, this one a nice mask. My complexion looked fresh and bright after using this mask and I got in a little hydration as well.
Repurchase?	Possibly - I haven't tried a lot of pineapple centered masks, but this one is one of the better ones. I'm interested in using this one on a warm day, straight out of the fridge. Note to self...

Don't know that Disney would recommend you applying it to your face but it does help cool you down. 🙂

Yeah @lmaster; the scent on the sheet mask was fine; the one on the lip balm could have definitely been better, but now I know. I'm hoping that it won't linger; if it does linger, I'll have to toss the lip balm.

Oh I'm sorry @itsfi I mean have read that one wrong and thought you were talking about the scent of the sheet mask,,, but if the lip balm is the culprit, yeah I couldn't put something on my lips that didn't smell somewhat pleasant
