Each week features a different theme, as well as a letter of the alphabet for coming up with new masking ideas. Feel free to post as frequently or infrequently as you would like, with or without following the challenge; they are guidelines and just something we do for fun. We love hearing about every masking experience, and suggestions are always welcomed!

Please include the brand and name of the mask you are trying out, as well as a photo if possible. Any other details are greatly appreciated, including scent, if it's an exfoliating mask (include acid info if known), your overall experience, and whether or not you would repurchase. Don't forget to include a grade (thanks to @ShortErica for the idea) to help others along the way.

Mask Hacks - Here are a few to get started thanks to our lovely BIC-ers, a big thank you for these fabulous ideas!

Trim off long chin and add to forehead for sheet masks	itsfi
Squeeze tube lip balms (like Bite) into pans and place in magnetic palette	sonnydee
Layer lip sleeping mask (such as Laneige) over regular balm	cianni
Derma plane prior to a peel-off mask to ease the pain of removal	heartsmyface
Warm water helps remove clay masks quicker than cold	cianni
Lay sheet masks flat prior to use so the serum is more evenly distributed	eshoe

I looooove your masking @IndyQT317. I looked at the pic first and thought, what did she do...cut the mask off at the bottom? Then I saw the package (thank you for including that!) It looks like it has a generous amount of serum which I like. Taking a screenshot so I remember to get this, I like masks like this so I can eat/brush my teeth/drink while masking😄 💗 it thanks for sharing!!

I was planning on doing a wash off before my shower then doing a sheet and sleeping mask last night... but I was too tired.  This has become my go to, wash off, sheet, sleeping.  I'm a fan of the combo.

The Creme Shop Keroppi Sooper Sooth mask had a fresh scent to it.  Maybe a bit dryer sheet like?  The mask itself only needed one quick snip across the nose to fit (this is a common thing for my face).  It was a smudge wide at the temples, but nothing I couldn't just fold over.  I had it on for about 40 minutes and other than the piece between my nose/lip (starts with a p... phlegm, peplum, you know the moustache area) nothing was dried out.  I enjoyed this mask, I didn't notice any of the exfoliating properties, but it did feel soothing/hydrating.  A smidge of tackiness, but nothing crazy.  I'd use this again... and will... it was a 3 pack. lol

The Creme Shop Hyaluronic acid sleeping mask is a good no frills sleeping mask.  Smell is pretty generic, very light, and non descrip.  I'll use it up, but likely won't re-purchase, not because I don't like it, but because I have a list a mile long of others to try out.

Yaaay for Keroppi!!! 🙂  I liked this sheet mask too @missjeanie and felt the same away about the exfoliation properties - I didn't notice any exfoliating properties while I had the mask on but my complexion did look more clear and bright like it does with an exfoliant after I removed the mask. I know this contains rice water and that is an exfoliating ingredient; like that it does so without tingling.

I would never have known rice water was an exfoliant @itsfi ! My something new for the day! 

I actually just grabbed another 3 pack the other day. I thought it had good results for me, and was a cute one. Maybe not exactly what the packaging claimed, but still good for me!

Ha ha ha yes mustache area works for me @missjeanie! the last couple of weeks it’s been a push and a shove to get the full routine going...maybe it’s the change in seasons🤔

I think for me it was the stress of finishing school and finishing my work contact all at the same time. Now with a new job I’m trying to get into a better routine. But my skin has for sure started to change with spring finally kicking in here @eshoe . No more dry spots! Though that could be better masking too!
