Each week features a different theme, as well as a letter of the alphabet for coming up with new masking ideas. Feel free to post as frequently or infrequently as you would like, with or without following the challenge; they are guidelines and just something we do for fun. We love hearing about every masking experience, and suggestions are always welcomed!

Please include the brand and name of the mask you are trying out, as well as a photo if possible. Any other details are greatly appreciated, including scent, if it's an exfoliating mask (include acid info if known), your overall experience, and whether or not you would repurchase. Don't forget to include a grade (thanks to @ShortErica for the idea) to help others along the way.

Mask Hacks - Here are a few to get started thanks to our lovely BIC-ers, a big thank you for these fabulous ideas!

Trim off long chin and add to forehead for sheet masks	itsfi
Squeeze tube lip balms (like Bite) into pans and place in magnetic palette	sonnydee
Layer lip sleeping mask (such as Laneige) over regular balm	cianni
Derma plane prior to a peel-off mask to ease the pain of removal	heartsmyface
Warm water helps remove clay masks quicker than cold	cianni
Lay sheet masks flat prior to use so the serum is more evenly distributed	eshoe

@lmaster I was at a beach frisbee tournament and didn't check the phone much. Unfortunately found out my eyes were allergic to the sunscreen we picked up. So the next day I didn't reapply like I should and have the sunglasses mark. I think the Holika Holika aloe is calling my name when I get home.

D is for Detox Fit? was ok, usual longer in the chin Smell? the "usual" smell of sheet masks, clean smelling. I dew care uses the same "scent" Consistency? the serum was clear not to thin but I wouldn't call it thick. the black mask did have bubbles & it was drenched in serum Ease of use? I left it on about 25 min & it was still moist but reaching the drying out point. Would I  purchase/try again? 🤔 I prefer mud masks to purify. They just feel like they do more clearing out pores, etc. The serum did soak in pretty fast but I was still a tad sticky. I went in with my favorite summer moisturizer glow recipe watermelon & even after still felt some stickiness. I woke up with soft, nicely moisturized skin so 🤷‍♀️. last night my pores may have looked smaller...I didn't have a breakout to see the effect on inflammation. it does have some good ingredients though. I have another so I'll use it again, maybe get a better feel for it. Maybe I skin was just to pampered after the YTTP dream😁

Sounds intriguing, @sonnydee- I'm with you on usually preferring mud masks for a more clarifying experience.

@sonnydee I just tried this one this week and ended up liking it a lot more than I thought expected! I was thinking it'd dry out my already dry skin, but it actually did the opposite! I agree it doesn't give you the same kind of deep clean feel as a mud mask could, but I'm happy this ended up worked out well for you! 😃

@sonnydee I totally get what you mean with a mud mask, you can actually see it working, but these are nice too sometimes. I have not tried this one,,,I don't think lol

D is for Dearpacker Duel

Earlier this week, I used the Dearpacker Rose Honey Sheet Mask. Last night, I reached for the Dearpacker Lily Honey Sheet Mask, which I paired with the SEPHORA COLLECTION - Lip Balm & Scrub - Honey , my favorite of all the balms/scrubs in the Sephora Collection. Both of the Dearpacker masks are ones I would happily use again and, based on my experience with these two, I'll be looking into the other masks in this line. 💗

Both were great masks @ShortErica! @PrettyPaint said it best when she said that this lily honey mask was the summer version of the rose honey mask! 🙂

@itsfi - the packaging is really aesthtically pleasing to look at. Nice to hear the mask is a good one too. I like your chart a lot - it makes it very easy to read and compare.
