I wash my face in the morning but I bet not everyone does @l8totheparty. We have a more skincare aware crowd here than the average consumer.
That price isn't bad at all. But I'm still preferring sheet masks to wash off ones so I'd debate buying it. Maybe the PTR kit and Origins @faeriegirl sent me will make me love wash offs and have a change of heart. Can't wait to test them out after I get through my Yadah week. 😉
There's Yadah in tubes and @itsfi mentions a toner! 🤯
I should probably just Google Yadah so I'm not surprised.
I'm curious how this works @l8totheparty - let us know what you think!
They have their own website - yadahcosmetics dot com. @ShortErica
Now I'll know what to search for at Marshall's/TJ Maxx and hope is there. Thanks @itsfi!
This is a staple in my cleansing routine @ShortErica. Very gentle and the bottle lasts and lasts. Unscented, too.
I'm going to need a basket just dedicated to Yadah stuff @eshoe! 😂
Do you use it as a gentle cleanser or to remove makeup?
As a gentle cleanser @ShortErica. I use micellar water then cleansing oil to remove makeup. Then I cleanse with this or a few others I have 😆 But this gets used the most because it’s so easy and gentle.
Okay. This would be worth a shot. I use the CeraVe Hydrating cleanser as my gentle one. Nice and affordable but as my coworker says about project ideas, "I'm not married to it." What other gentle cleansers do you use @eshoe?
@ShortErica what I reach for most often is the Yadah because it never strips my skin. For cream cleanser I like KORRES - Greek Yoghurt Foaming Cream Cleanser it does leave my skin quite (squeaky) clean, but the scent is amazing. Next I cycle through a few cleansing balms, they are great for my dry skin. Farmacy Green Clean Makeup Removing Cleansing Balm 3.4 oz/ 100 mL
and Elemis Rose Cleansing Balm are my current favorites 👍🏼💗
Me too @ShortErica! If I get lucky enough to find them at Marshall’s I’m stocking up!😂
hmmm very intriguing @l8totheparty can't wait to see how it went when you update us!
There’s a corresponding toner to this one @l8totheparty. It’s popped up a couple of times at the TJ Maxx near me. Will be interested to hear your results from this overnight mask.
@l8totheparty This sounds interesting! I'll be curious to hear how your skin looks by morning! 😃😉
I also have news to report for my Farmacy Coconut Gel Sheet Mask - Hydrating 0.78 oz/ 23 mL that I got in my ipsy Glam Bag. First impression: wow, this thing is WET. Like, sopping wet all over the place when I pulled it out of the packet. I made a mess all over myself and sink trying to unpeel it and get it on my face, lol. I don’t think I’m a fan of the blue protective sheet cover thingies... I struggled for a long time trying to pull the second one off once the mask was actually on my face. But it smells good, and I don’t mind all the extra liquidy goodness being in the packet because I can just use the excess later!
I appreciate that the sheerness of this mask also makes me look less serial-killer-ish. And it seems to stick to my skin a lot better than other masks I’ve used. No surprises about any of this honestly because I love and trust Farmacy as a brand with my whole heart. Silly looking kissy pic for giggles:
Only bad thing about this mask so far is the eyeholes, which annoy me on pretty much any sheet mask I use. I find it really hard to center them in a way that isn’t slipping down my eyebrows, poking me in the eye, or putting me in danger of getting any liquid in the corners of my eyes. I don’t know if this is just a me problem or a “sheet masks just suck at making efficient eyeholes” thing in general.
Adorable pic and I love the mask too, @HunterKathleen! Bio-cellulose is my favorite masking material, it just feels so smooth and comfy.
It sounds like a pretty good mask @HunterKathleen 😊
Glad to see this one works well for you, @HunterKathleen (minus those pesky eye holes)!
@HunterKathleen sounds like a good overall mask. Yep, eye holes can just fit so oddly sometimes. A lot of the maskers make snips to help adjust. I haven't tried that yet but I can see how some are absolutely necessary.
This one had little divots in the outside corner of the eye but even that wasn’t enough. Maybe I just have gargantuan eye sockets lol.
It doesn't seem like just a you problem from the comments below @HunterKathleen. I haven't personally had many eye hole issues but this mask does look like the eye holes are smaller and maybe a little narrow. Now I'm curious to see how other masks fit you. Just means you need to do more masking! 😉
