Each week features a different theme, as well as a letter of the alphabet for coming up with new masking ideas. Feel free to post as frequently or infrequently as you would like, with or without following the challenge; they are guidelines and just something we do for fun. We love hearing about every masking experience, and suggestions are always welcomed!

Please include the brand and name of the mask you are trying out, as well as a photo if possible. Any other details are greatly appreciated, including scent, if it's an exfoliating mask (include acid info if known), your overall experience, and whether or not you would repurchase. Don't forget to include a grade (thanks to @ShortErica for the idea) to help others along the way.

Mask Hacks - Here are a few to get started thanks to our lovely BIC-ers, a big thank you for these fabulous ideas!

Trim off long chin and add to forehead for sheet masks	itsfi
Squeeze tube lip balms (like Bite) into pans and place in magnetic palette	sonnydee
Layer lip sleeping mask (such as Laneige) over regular balm	cianni
Derma plane prior to a peel-off mask to ease the pain of removal	heartsmyface
Warm water helps remove clay masks quicker than cold	cianni
Lay sheet masks flat prior to use so the serum is more evenly distributed	eshoe
Remove clay/difficult masks in the shower to keep towel clean and removal easy	itsfi/BIC

off track a bit here this week again 

Used this innisfree Tomato Mask (it has lots of Extracts which sounds like X haha that's about as close as I can get). Overall I really liked this mask - it has a sort of scent but not like tomatoes. The fit was okay and and I liked the hydration it provided and the serum absorbed super well. The mask was very thin  - it was hard to pull apart I think this could have benefit from a divider. Overall A- - I'd use it again. 

Also tried out the Pixi skintreats peel off mask - I wasn't really a fan of this - I didn't feel like it particularly did anything.

@Kim888 I haven't tried any of those innisfree masks yet, sounds like a good one! Too bad about the Pixi, but peel-off masks are a little scary to me anyway 😄

Well @Kim888 I think you just saved me a bit of $$.  I was eyeing that pix mask earlier today and held off after a long talk with myself about how many peel off masks I have that I haven't even opened yet!  Bummer that it wasn't great for you but...Thanks!!

Thanks for all of the suggestions ! I got some inspo from "snow white and the asian pear' blog on how to start off my spreadsheet. I am starting to realize just how many products I have tried and how putting in a little elbow grease now will make my documentation process go a lot smoother ! Now that I am starting to test out more and more sheet masks in particular it will be nice to go back and look at my initial thoughts etc.! I have attached a little picture ...wish me luck !!

Wow this is a great spreadsheet, @m3rc3d3s! I started out using a notebook and writing in it the old-fashioned way 😉 I was on product overload and needed to see everything in one place. It was SO helpful to get a handle on what I had that needed to be used up.
