Each week features a different theme, as well as a letter of the alphabet for coming up with new masking ideas. Feel free to post as frequently or infrequently as you would like, with or without following the challenge; they are guidelines and just something we do for fun. We love hearing about every masking experience, and suggestions are always welcomed!

Please include the brand and name of the mask you are trying out, as well as a photo if possible. Any other details are greatly appreciated, including scent, if it's an exfoliating mask (include acid info if known), your overall experience, and whether or not you would repurchase. Don't forget to include a grade (thanks to @ShortErica for the idea) to help others along the way.

Mask Hacks - Here are a few to get started thanks to our lovely BIC-ers, a big thank you for these fabulous ideas!

Spoiler

Trim off long chin and add to forehead for sheet masks	itsfi
Squeeze tube lip balms (like Bite) into pans and place in magnetic palette	sonnydee
Layer lip sleeping mask (such as Laneige) over regular balm	cianni
Derma plane prior to a peel-off mask to ease the pain of removal	heartsmyface
Warm water helps remove clay masks quicker than cold	cianni
Lay sheet masks flat prior to use so the serum is more evenly distributed	eshoe
Remove clay/difficult masks in the shower to keep towel clean and removal easy	itsfi/BIC

June: Bawdy Butt Mask Month. Let's try all four masks, one a Saturday (Thank you @faeriegirl!) On the 22nd we will also be trying out a Yadah mask - your pick, thanks to @ShortErica. 
July: @lmaster suggested a Crème Shop Sanrio Mask for our July 6th meetup, and you all voted for the My Melody Softer Than Cookies.

August: Biobelle Tutti Frutti Collection - the Peach is on deck for our mid-summer masking! Join us Saturday August 10th to compare notes on this mask. Then Saturday August 17th we will be comparing the Biobelle Pineapple mask. Thank you @lmaster, @Shosh85 & @PrettyPaint for suggesting Biobelle!

@ShortErica The Green Tea Mask sounds great! I've been seeing a lot of Holika Holika masks at TJ Maxx recently – I'll have to back and see if there are any left! Nice job using philtrum! Haha! It really does cover that area well doesn't it! There have been so many masks that almost literally have a string of material there! I'm glad it turned out great! Also, be sure to update us on the boys saying philtrum! 😍👍

Haha, I agree with @Shosh85, @ShortErica - it's totally normal! Stealing other people's ideas for masks is one of the best parts of this thread!

As far as other green tea ones that I've liked though, I'd say Etude House, Tosowoong, Sephora, and Ariul. You really can't go wrong with most of those brands! I know Leader's has one as well, and I usually love their masks, but I don't think I've tried that specific one yet.

I can't wait for the battle theme week @quspork. I think it will be awesome to see a compare and contrast at the same time. Sometimes my memories of masks are foggy and I haven't had that many masking sessions.

In fact, I'm always prepared for that question now because of how often @itsfi asks it! 😂 I feel like that's what this thread is for though! 😃

I know, I know. I can't help it, @Shosh85 (though I don't know if I've actually tried to help it or tried to not ask it, hahaha!) I'm just so interested in everyone's favorites. Because I know myself and I would happily just buy all the masks. This way, I can tell myself "this one is X's favorite so it must be really good and you should get that one." My wallet usually supports that but it's more like "yes, let's just get one." LOL!

@itsfi  I stopped by the Marshall's closer to my sports activities (vs. the one by work) to see what they had. They still had a bunch of Yadah. And despite my enjoyment I figured the 10 packs of each of the aloe, collagen, and rose I bought previously should be enough for my 1 face. But if someone else wants to stock up on them, I figured I would share that info. They also had 4 different SNP jelly vita masks which I considered. Super good price but I paused. @Shosh85 gave a thumbs up so I might go over sometime in the nearish future. The whole if it is meant to be, it will still be there philosophy. I did get the Oozoo bear masks, some decent priced eye gels to try since I've only used the Skyn and want to compare, and the esfolio foot peel. @lmaster is to blame for that purchase. 😉 I forgot to take a picture but will do it later when I'm home for the haul thread.

That it does, @Shosh85; that it does. 🙂 The amount of masks I have is more manageable than before but still ... it's really something I could downsize more...if I wanted to, that is. ha! It's hard to imagine I have one face given how many sheet masks I have. LOL! 🙂

I love reading everything everyone posts about their masks and their masking experience. It's like I get to try the mask too! 🙂
