Each week features a different theme, as well as a letter of the alphabet for coming up with new masking ideas. Feel free to post as frequently or infrequently as you would like, with or without following the challenge; they are guidelines and just something we do for fun. We love hearing about every masking experience, and suggestions are always welcomed!

Please include the brand and name of the mask you are trying out, as well as a photo if possible. Any other details are greatly appreciated, including scent, if it's an exfoliating mask (include acid info if known), your overall experience, and whether or not you would repurchase. Don't forget to include a grade (thanks to @ShortErica for the idea) to help others along the way.

Mask Hacks - Here are a few to get started thanks to our lovely BIC-ers, a big thank you for these fabulous ideas!

Trim off long chin and add to forehead for sheet masks	itsfi
Squeeze tube lip balms (like Bite) into pans and place in magnetic palette	sonnydee

@lmaster @missjeanie  sadly, the Ulta stores near me don't carry the TCFS brand in store. 😞 It seems like it’s leaving Ulta and if that's the case, I hope this mask makes its way to Target. I've seen a few TCFS skincare items there but not this mask ... yet. 🙂

I've tried and liked the 3-step Collagen sheet mask pack that is on sale on the site (not pictured, but it has beige/brown packaging). @eshoe uses the roselle eye gel patches.

@itsfi I know I've tried at least two and remember liking them both, but I don't remember what one of them was because it was long before I started saving my notes – the one I remember is the Honey Dew Green Mask and I loved it! I made a note that it seemed like it was only for dry skin and that it probably wouldn't be so good for oily skin. I plan on repurchasing that one soon!

Last nights masking lineup for Favourite Smelling! I used a filler mask for Moisture - the Esfolio pig collagen, sandwiched between two delicious smelling watermelon products - the Creme Shop Watermelon Jelly Mist and the Glow Recipe Watermelon Sleeping Mask.

Some watermelon skincare benefits include that it’s packed with Vitamin A, which also helps with pores and oil production, plus it locks in hydration!

I’ve talked about the Esfolio before, so I’ll skip over that.

The Creme Shop Watermelon Jelly Mist - this is truly a jelly texture (see attached photo), but comes out in a very fine mist. It takes a lot of pumping initially to get it to actually come out. It smells like an extra sweet watermelon and is SO refreshing. It says it can be used as a primer spray or a makeup setting/refreshing spray. I have a great setting spray so I wouldn’t use it for that. I used it after my toner to prep my skin for the mask. My skin feels hydrated and refreshed when I give it a spritz, but it’s more part of a routine than a standalone hydrator. I feel like when I use it before serums, masks or oils, the absorption is better. I’ll give it an A!

The Glow Recipe Watermelon Sleeping Mask - this is a BIC favourite, and I happened to have a sample to use! It’s supposed to boost radiance and smooth skin out, because of the watermelon and the hyaluronic acid. It also said it was pillow proof. I put this on after letting my Holika Holika Super Cera moisturizer absorb for about 15 minutes. The smell is like a candy jolly rancher kind of watermelon, which is perfect because I have an out of control sweet tooth 😂. I didn’t notice the smell after about 25 minutes. The color was a very light pink, and the texture was a medium thickness gel. Once I spread it, there was no problem with it slipping around. It was a little stickier than I’m used to with other sleeping masks, specifically my current favourite, which is the Ahava cream mask.  In the morning, my face was still a little tacky and it wasn’t the easiest to remove (maybe i used too thick of a layer?). It is indeed pillow proof, so I’ll give it that. My face did feel hydrated and fresh, so I definitely did like that! The oil I usually get overnight seems to be more in control compared to other mornings. Apparently this can be used as a wash off mask as well, so if I come across a DS I would probably try it that way as well to see if there are any more immediate effects. I would definitely use it again, but I’m a little on the fence about purchasing a FS. I’m wondering if I would like it more in the summer? I guess I’ll have to try again, in the name of science obviously. A-

@missjeanie yeah! It smells almost like jolly rancher candy watermelon. It was literally $6.99 at winners! I wish there were more, i for sure would have stocked up. there’s been a lot of creme shop popping up other than sheet masks lately, so I’m hoping it shows up again soon!

Right on!  I'll keep an eye out at mine to see if it comes in!  I've been seeing some peel off masks, sponges and the sleeping masks lately... oh... and some headbands @cianni.. I haven't been over the moon disappointed in any of their products so I'm curious to try more out!
