Each week features a different theme, as well as a letter of the alphabet for coming up with new masking ideas. Feel free to post as frequently or infrequently as you would like, with or without following the challenge; they are guidelines and just something we do for fun. We love hearing about every masking experience, and suggestions are always welcomed!

Please include the brand and name of the mask you are trying out, as well as a photo if possible. Any other details are greatly appreciated, including scent, if it's an exfoliating mask (include acid info if known), your overall experience, and whether or not you would repurchase. Don't forget to include a grade (thanks to @ShortErica for the idea) to help others along the way.

Mask Hacks - Here are a few to get started thanks to our lovely BIC-ers, a big thank you for these fabulous ideas!

Trim off long chin and add to forehead for sheet masks	itsfi
Squeeze tube lip balms (like Bite) into pans and place in magnetic palette	sonnydee
Layer lip sleeping mask (such as Laneige) over regular balm	cianni
Derma plane prior to a peel-off mask to ease the pain of removal	heartsmyface
Warm water helps remove clay masks quicker than cold	cianni
Lay sheet masks flat prior to use so the serum is more evenly distributed	eshoe
Remove clay/difficult masks in the shower to keep towel clean and removal easy	itsfi/BIC

Spalife bubble sheet mask- yes. you can easily get that everywhere. This one nah, you should be ok. The bubbles stay on your face in a pretty thin layer. It's a fun experience @GalPalVal17

I found a 5-pack of those I Dew Care masks, @sonnydee but haven't opened it yet; guessing this one is in there. I am going to have to try it, your description is really intriguing. You are all about the weird textures (I cannot unseen that turmeric mask, yuck!) and I love that about you 🙂

@eshoe My ginger aid has about 3 uses. I only got 1 out of the green & the pic above of the berry is what i have left after using it once so 2?. They are little but you get 5 clay masks for $20. Think of it this way...what if you hate one particular mask. Have you not posted a review for it?...I looked but didnt see anything. be sure to tag me!🤗

I just used the berry one tonight @sonnydee, I try to catch up on posts before I post but sometimes I just step away and start typing on Notes. I’m in a whole computer debacle right now and I’m trying to work out the best solution (bc if I can save $ in the tech area, I have some extra to spend on beauty🤩🤩🤩). Total side note that has no point but-yes, I am going to start typing up my post. I think I only paid $7 for the 5 masks they were on clearance at my store. The berry is the only one I’ve tried and it wasn’t planned but when I saw you used it thought to myself hmmmm...I think I have that! And I want to see what it does too😂

I think the odd masks just come & find me @eshoe but I do welcome them in!😁 I would check to make sure the lids are screwed on tight. I dont remember ever opening them & almost lost that green one due to a loose lid. so far I've tried 3-ginger, the green one, & this berry bubbly & I think if ulta has it-ill grab another box of minis.

I can’t believe how little is in a jar, @sonnydee!😳 One serving?!? I’m even stingy and had just enough for one mask from the berry one, kinda disappointed but time to re-set expectations!

@sonnydee, that I Dew Care mask sounds so interesting - love the color 💜 but the chemical part of the fruity/chemical scent doesn’t sound so great at all. 😕 You’ve single handedly made it very easy to pass on the Spa Life masks whenever I see them at TJ Maxx / Marshalls - thank you!

honestly, I wouldn't let the smell deter you @itsfi. I had to really think about-I was in bed, didnt want to get back up😁-but I smelled it again this morning & it's so faint but theres only that much (pic) thats left in the jar that's it more tart than anything smelling. It wasnt a strong smell in the beginning either. I am concerned with the product itself-it bubbles just a lil by itself in the jar! and since my finger touched it once (I used a spatula the first dig) its bubbled even more....so I'm afraid to get a full size but I think I would with this one. its that's cool!🤔gotta think about it. Maybe another box of the minis.

I don't think I've tried a Spa Life mask I liked! At least it wasn't all bad! 😉

The Spalife bubble sheet mask & their feet masks are the only ones I would purchase again. The actual serum is good though, I was attempted to throw in a blank sheet & let it soak up the serum but I dont think that would work.....@Shosh85 oh well, plenty of others to try!

For spring I’ve chosen the My Beauty Diary Rose Moisturizing Essence Mask.  Flowers in general make me think of spring.  Thai one has a nice light rose scent.  It comes on aplastic sheet to make unfolding easier.  I did have to cut the eye holes wider but once cut it fits beautifully.  I like how serumy it is.  There’s enough to rub my body down in it.  I like my beauty diary masks.  They’re cheap and hold their weight against higher end masks.  It’s an A- 

The Laneige Lip Mask gets an A+ it’s my favorite lip treatment. There’s a statement.  

I can’t remember what I thought of the Skin Inc deep sea hydrating mask so I’ll review it in the morning:)  edit- yeah the skin inc is nice as a gel moisturizer but not as an overnight mask as it says.  I have to put something else more moisturizing over it.  It’s left my skin firm and I like that but it’s not the overnight mask for me.

I subsidized the skin inc with innisfree green tea sleeping pack.  It’s much more moisturizing.

Yay!  My skin is feeling very happy tonight!  I was thinking of passing the skin inc mask on, but I like the effect layering them has had so far, so I may do that with them for the next couple days.  I’m committed to at least three days of the green tea mask now that it’s open:) @itsfi 

hehe, my brushes are finally all clean and organized so I’m feeling happy about those as well.
