What’s a good full coverage foundation that’s affordable and not too heavy?

I’ve never worn foundation before, but I’m looking for one now. I tend to have pretty sensitive skin so I’m look for a foundation that wouldn’t be too heavy.

I'm really enjoying the Fenty Pro Filt'r foundation.  It's water base, so my skin isn't having an issue with it.  The biggest problem I've had with it is primers.  However, a priming moisturizer will work in lieu of a primer.  Though if you absolutely need a primer, make sure it is also water based.  Unfortunately, this pretty much means nothing that will fill pores.

@Anonymous if a matte full coverage foundation is what you are looking for, the Loreal Pro matte is awesome
